How plastic surgeons fight Ageism

Millions of older adults are discriminated against because of their age. Despite experience, the job market favors younger people. Plastic surgeons help older people fight ageism by improving their appearance and decreasing the signs of aging. On tonight's show, I discuss how I deal with aging faces and specifically how we help to turn back the clock.
