Mindfulness can help you improve your productivity.
The very nature of mindfulness practice is to focus on one thing for an extended period of time, such as the breath, a mantra or an object. By doing so you exercise your “concentration muscle” and will be able to keep your attention on what you want to focus on for a longer period of time.
Practicing our mind to be less reactive to outer stimuli helps us to be less distracted by inner and outer noice. It becomes easier to let things be as they are and you will have more mental resources over for the task you are focusing on.
