Allow means give permission to. “I give myself permission in this moment to just be here, with this piece of text.” There can still be other things pulling you and you can give yourself permission anyway. “I allow myself to not engage with all the things that are pulling me, so that I can just be in this moment.” Slow down. Be in the body. You know what it means for you to be in the body. Check-in with one question at the time
How does your breath feel? - Mine feels deep, urgent and powerful.
Where are you? - I’m sitting in my office, in my apartment, in Malmö Sweden.
What do you notice in your body? - My heart is pounding, stomach feels warm, there is some pressure in the chest, my space feels open and focused.
This is all that is happening. You have space for all of this. Allow it to be as it is. Just let go.
