Welcome to the first instalment of 7 Days of Q&A! Everyday this week I will be sitting down with a different guest to ask them one big question.

These are people I admire, people I'm very close to and people who have played a big part in this podcast, fast approaching it's 2nd birthday.

I know, I can't quite believe it either.

First up is Sapphire, who needs little introduction as the founder of The Coven. Sapphire is someone who always has loads of ideas for her business and lots of places she could take her work. 

So I was really interested to understand her process deciding which ideas to run and knowing which ones aren't as viable.
