Ep. 27 Labels & Life

Okay, so life and labels!
I want to say probably 24 hours, I have been in my own mind, which is fine because it's not been like a negative spin out. It's been like just kind of a, a deep, um, what's the word like a deep, uh, searching and and looking and seeing what's there.

 I have been invited, to be a guest speaker at Wellness Club Niagara's social luncheon event. I'm one of three speakers, and I basically have to, like, share my story.

 And, you know, I've been sharing bits and pieces of it  along the way on the podcast here. But now I'm going to get on stage in a room in front of people and share, uh, the journey.
