Donavan West - Founder, Black Business Accelerator: Bridge Building and Establishing Trust

Donavan S. West serves as the CEO and Founder of Culturally Congruent Solutions (CCS) a boutique consulting firm that offers strategic forward thinking and industry-specific coaching and trainings to support the core needs of businesses. As the former President of the of the African American Chamber of Commerce for PA, DE and NJ, Donavan has recently launched Black Business Accelerator (BBA) a Non-Profit Organization focused on developing black businesses in the converging marketplace.  Donavan’s deep understanding of relationships, both workplace and interpersonal, uniquely positions him to offer a comprehensive coaching and training platform to his client base.
