Then we talk about Will Smith's latest movie "Gemini Man" flopping (7:59) losing a whopping $70 million dollars. Yikes! Lastly story is about Lyft announcing a new program (13:13) to help with the employment pipeline, offering programs to help people to and from job interviews and professional development events and programs.

Then we get into the topic of the night - generational curses (18:55) We share the curses wed like to break or have already broken and fall into a conversation about family dynamics. 

Also, Banz gets into eating edibles (45:17); people not dancing at club & parties like they used to (47:59); SZA's show in Providence,RI & her scent and aura (49:17); new R&B artists trailblazing for the new generation (51:53);

(41:10) Then we get into Chip Doug's long running career as an event curator & entrepreneur (1:02:03) the success of the most recent installment of "When Stars Align", the trajectory of his brand and vision, the beginning of his brand, how he started, his passion for producing moments & events, & doing more every time.
