We all know that communication is key in any relationship, but sometimes the way we communicate can be just as important as what we say. Certain words and phrases can trigger negative emotions in our partners and potentially harm our relationships. This episode got pretty heated as Jeanna and Ivo pushed back on each other triggering words and phrases. The conversation went slightly left field and dug at the reasons why women and men become so angry at the toxic phrases.
