Welcome to the Sounders FC Premat Show presented by Provident Swedish. Tonight, your Seattle Sounders FC faced Saint Louis City sc The Provident Swedish Premat show starts now. Well. The busy month of May continues for your Seattle Sounders. A draw last weekend against Vancouver was followed by that dramatic two to one comeback Open Cup win on Wednesday over Phoenix Rising and now the Rave Green are back in MLS action and are back on the road facing Saint Louis City sc over at

City Park. So welcome into the Sounders FC pre match show presented by Provident Swedish official healthcare partner of Seattle Sounders FC. Jackson Feltz Here alongside Michelle Luka and Steve Zachwani. We're breaking down at Sounders versus Saint Louis City for the next half hour before Steve and Danny Jackson will have the call of the action there at City Park. But let's start as we always do, by kind of taking a little bit of a look back. You know, the last

MLS act Steve was the Vancouver frustrating, controversial one one draw. We can kind of, you know, leave our frustration at the door on that one. But the vibes for most of the team, even for the guys who didn't play, are still high off of Wednesday's Open Cup win. That was a massive win to advance to the next round, the quarterfinals of the US Open Cup. A lot of great moments coming out of that one, I think the Vancouver game. But so let's get your micun here, Steve before

anything else. So let's try that again. Am I good? Now? Yeah? You're good? Yeah? I think, you know, even going back to Vancouver game, Brad Emerson and I spoke and we thought that the first forty five minutes maybe some of the best football the team's played all years. So that was, you know, disappointing not to come out with three points in that game. And then the midweek game. I think there's something

special by stuff File. I don't know what that age, and I've played in so many of those games there and there's just something special by stuff File. I think it showed the strength and depth of the squad. Guys who were giving a chance by Brian Schmitza stepped up and did really well. And I think, yeah, if for the guys who played their show that if they're caught up on they're ready to step in. But it's important to just

keep stecking wins off. It's an MLS Order Cup. The more times you win as a group, confidence goal, shoot a whole group and then hopefully can continue that today and Michelle, you know, the fun thing about that Open Cup game was, I mean, it's once again you know the youngster in Klanie cosa Rimsey who comes through and you know, yes it's a youngster who Kilani by the way on the bench today he made the trip to Saint Louis. But it really is the whole vibe this team because you can see

Raoul celebrating on the field after the game. He's involved and he didn't play in the Open Cup getting the start today. It's a group that can really I think, fuel around the success of guys who may be playing in the Open Cup but you may not touch the field in MLS action. Absolutely, I mean, what a wonderful way to go into this game off of that

huge, beautiful win. And the thing I love the most about it is that when you look across this entire club, you're getting wins and action and moments from all types of players, and I think you know, for years this club has relied on that inner competition amongst the players, and this is what you want. You want those younger guys, those hungry guys to show up in these moments. What a beautiful reward for Kilwanne that he's getting to

travel and be on the bench today, Absolutely so deserved. But it's like that extra fire that it's great that the veteran players are excited and happy for them and supportive, but also it's got to be that little kind of you know, thing in the back of their mind of like, oh, this guy could be coming from my job and that could be sooner than later. I mean, Steve, Yeah, that's a great point that Michelle brings up about. You know, you start to feel the pressure a little bit.

And for certain guys on the roster, yes, their spots are pretty well cemented at roll Ruydiez obviously you know Mazovsky, you know, not exactly pushing him in that regard, but a good example is, you know, for Cody Baker, who gets the start today, not to tease the delta starting eleven, which we'll get to the full one here in a moment, but for Cody Baker, who's obviously looked good himself. Suddenly now you have another right back in Kilani, who is going to be pushing for the more time.

No, I agree, not on Cody Bay coming. He's done everything he can do. You know, if he's not playing at this point, it's not because of quality or ability or trust. It's just goes new who's just a step ahead right now. But at no point is there any panic where who goes down now? Because you know Code can come in and you can play. And I like him a lot, so I think, but he now is looking behind his shoulder and thinking, Okay, there's someone coming

for me. But that's what it's a good team though. A good team is you have two players for each position and you'll never show which one can play on any given weekend. And MS has not been there for very long. You see that at the highest levels of the game the Sounders. At times, I've had that, and that's when we've had a really, really

good team. But I think now you're going to see this youth movement coming through, and when you being young is one thing, but you've got to take opportunities when the coach pushing the lineup, you have to show you belong here. I think a few guys have done himself justice in his past couple weeks in an Open Cup and along may continue. I mean we look at you know, at this point, you know, we were talking about all the guys who are going to be, you know, but part of this

game today. So let's just get into the delta. Starting eleven for the Sounders today, Here's what Brian Schpenzer has out. It's a four to two three one Stephen Fryen goal Alex rolled On after scoring a penalty off the bench in the Open Cup. He is starting at right back, jam Margomez Andrade Jackson Reagan. Your center backs. Cody Baker is the left back. Should be noted knew who not in tonight he got the red card against Vancouver,

so this is the game he is serving that suspension. Joa A Paulo, Christian Rolldan in the holding midfield, Jordan Morris on the left wing, Albert Rusnak in the middle, Obed Vargas over on the right wing, and Rollery

Dias up top and Obed Vargas right. Obed Vargas Michelle is one of those guys that we're talking about here who has just, you know, a young kid who's taken these opportunities and he's looked so good that he's earned himself a spot in the starting lineup regularly, and I think not at the position that anybody really saw him being at, say two months ago, but he has earned his spot on that right wing, he really has. I mean,

he's been just phenomenal for the Sounders. He's been so fun to watch and really just enjoying that youth and enthusiasm that he brings to the table, and he's succeeding there. But adding to what he's been able to do for the Sounders and what he brings to the table every match day is also he's got eyes on him on a bigger scale too. I mean, we've got the Olympics coming up. He's eyeing a spot on that national team, and if he continues to play and continues to show out, he's got a good shot

of making that roster and getting that amazing opportunity. And so there's a lot of options and potential really big moments for him this year that I would love to see him continue to really take that in stride. Well, Steve, He's no flying winger obviously, but tactically and specifically looking at his game, what are you seeing from Obed Vargas well. I've always sad about Obed is this As a young player, when you come into the team, the first

thing you're taught is don't make mistakes. That's the first thing. Keep the ball, be disciplined, track back. The next stipis can you not make a difference on the board all? But from day one could do both. And that's when I can see someone as something special. He came in could keep the ball, was good tactically, but he wants to get on the board in chibblepus. He wants to make things happen. And when I see a young player can do that, that's when you know they've got something special.

So I think for all Bed I'm a surprised he can play on the right because I think at times it makes his game a bit easier for him as well. It's just in front of you, you know, playing in a more linear position. But tactnically very good, technically, very good, great first touch, good awareness. He's not the biggest guy, but get stuck into a tackle, competes all those kind of stuff, and he has

a lot of heart as well. And I think he's someone who, if he's not playing well, consider impact the game because of how much ground he covers, you know, not quite in the Christian role done mode, but along those lines. So I think for him, he's earned where he is. And the first time I saw him play, I said, Okay,

this guy is not afraid to try things. And when I see a young player with that kind of courage, you know, Devil Bright Future, how helpful is it for a little bit Vargas to be able to know in a certain game where if he's not finding his footing in the game, he can flip with Christian rolled on and get comfortability and allow maybe Christian to also get more comfortability if the sounders just aren't working early in a match. Yeah,

And I wouldn't be surprised to see that today. Usually sometimes even the more senior player concorder. I mean I had games at times when I was playing left mid and it wasn't going well for me, and I would ask the right wing can we just switch for five minutes? Ten minutes? They's just switch, lem me or no, let me go up top for five minutes or so, So you kind of cantcorde those things out, So let's see

how it goes for Christian and Jpeter in the middle. If you want to get Christian out on the right a bit more today for that link up with his brother, then you have no problem pushing all but back inside where he probably is more comfortable. But I think for Allbit at this point is happy to be on the pitch. I think that battle we had at the start of the year where with him and Josh really having to hold down the four. For jp he proved himself in really difficult moments. He now has a

coaching stuff, trust and knowing. Brian Schmetzer was pretty similar to zigg in a sense. But once you had their trust, it was kind of hard to lose it. So once they trust you, you stay in and all beds there right now, let's quickly tie into the Providence Switish team health report for the Sounders. Five players out today. That includes Josh Atancia with a hamstring. Brian Smeenser said earlier this week they're looking towards Rssel next Wednesday at

home for a return. Nathan That's still out with the upper quad injury, Leo two with an adductor bradilla Rodriguez with a hamstring and Jonathan Bell with a hamstring as well. Well, that's a hamstring injury that Bell suffered right before halftime in Wednesday's Open Cup win. We're hoping it's it's not too severe of a hamstring. But he's also out. One quaer player questionable for the Sounders

and that's Pedro de la Vega with a hamstring. We'll get into that more in just a second, but today's team health report is presented by Providence, Swedish official healthcare partner of Sounders FC. On Pedro de la Vega front, he's also not on the bench and you know, the club continues to manage Pedro's return to play progression, so he was purposely rotated off from tonight's match.

Brian Spencer will have more after the game on that topic. But on the winger front, I mean, you know, we hope we can see Pedro de la Vega back soon, but for now, again it's it's Jordan Morris out there on the left wing and Michelle. You know, he did didn't get the goal against Vancouver and that's great, but certainly a guy that

Jordan has to be feeling the pressure right now. You know, MLS salaries came out a couple weeks ago, and and you know, you just look at the discourse and certainly just looking at what Brett Jordan's done this year, he wants to get more statistics, he wants to be more involved. So he's certainly feeling it's just kind of I wonder if it's a matter of time

before Jordan turns into the Jordan that we all know and love well. In talking to head coach Brian Schmetzer this season, I mean it sounds like they've had, you know, multiple conversations, multiple meetings this season to really try and like give Jordan the support, like you know, because players, Steve, you know this, players go and ebbs and flows, they get hot,

they get cold, all the between. Jordan has been this consistent player time and time again that he has been the hero for Seattle, and I think there's still so much more greatness that can come in his career and this is just a little slow period right now. It was great to see him get the goal against Vancouver. I think that will help with his confidence because I'm sure, as Steve can attest to, once the goals come, they

start coming. You just got to open those floodgates. And Brian even talked to us today in our production meeting about about Jordan, that he puts the pressure on himself. He expects to perform at the highest level every time he takes the pitch and he's got to be disappointed in that output right now. And so there's no one putting more pressure on him than him. Yeah, I'd be concerned if he didn't feel pressure, because if you want to be a big player, you want to take the pressure. He wants to do

other guys that wants to make the difference. So the likes of Jordan, Albert Rusknak, JP Christian, they should feel the most pressure because it should be on them to turn this season around. And for Jordan, you know, having had compos him over the years, and I know that he's someone that can be very streaky as well, you know, and that's what I'm hoping happens here, that he's got one. Now, maybe you can go in a three, four, five game scoring streak, but he should feel

pressure. You know, you're getting paid well, your team depends on you. You've been successful in the league before. You want the guys we look to. I know he probably wants to be the number nine still but can definitely do a job about why then we need him tonight for shure you definitely can. Well. We're just about twenty five minutes away from kickoff at City

Jackson Felt, Steve Zachwanni, Michelle Ludke here and as time for today's Sharp Vision opponent, ALEC taking a look at Saint Louis City SC all of our opponent atleks In. Today's opponent ALOC is presented by Sharp Vision Modern las Can Lends,

the official Lasik provider of Sounders FC SO. Last year Saint Louis first year in Major League Soccer and the Newcomers had the best record in the West, three more points than Seattle in second place. However, last year the deeper analytics getting into the x G Steve, you do you like XG as a player or you anti XG is as a form pointer neutral neutral neutral,

I'm one, so all of the XG and XG against numbers. The interesting metrics said that Saint Louis did not play at all as good as their record showed way inflated statistics. And we're seeing that this year in the forum of them coming quite down to earth three wins, three losses and seven draws, tenth place in the West right now with thirteen points entering the day in ninth,

just three points above Seattle in tenth. And you know, head coach Bradley Carnell, a South African former defender who bounced around Germany as a player, was the former introim and assistant at New York Red Bulls, now the head coach at Saint Louis. He runs that classic New York Red Bulls high press, high intensity, high press, high press, high press system.

Did I say high press and Steve, it's interesting to me playing against such a system like that, because you do got to sort of change the way you play a little bit. Yeah, you can have two approaches, right, you can say we're gonna be who we are and try to play fruit is every single time with short pusses as not as I've done that at times I'm being quote this season, So I think we know better than that, and I think the way Brandish Messal wants these teams to play now is a

bit more direct. Doesn't mean lung boards, but it's simple. You bipuss the press. You know, if Sanluis is sending four or five guys to press your back line, play over them. And then when you do that, now now you have probably a five on five in the tech and half. So I want to see the Sounders from Stephen Fry back there and the center backs, especially if JP's dropping in there to try and just click boards in behind the st Lewis press. Don't try to play freedom with short passes,

because you make a bad pass, you lose it. We've been punished before this season. We've seen it, you know. I remember the home game Geinst Vancouver from a month or so ago where two bad goals were giving up. So Sounders don't play long boards. We're not saying that. Still be who you are, keep the board, play possession, but if the press is going to be that aggressive, the easiest way is to go over

the press and bypass it. Well, The only other thing I'll mentioned regarding Saint Louis is looking at their seven home matches, they are actually really good at home, three to one and three, nine goals scored, only six conceded in those seven games. They're second in MLS generating shot attempts at two hundred and fourteen, ten different goal scorers, and they got Roumen Berkian goal

who's a very very good goalkeeper. He won the Goalkeeper of the Year last You're in Major League Soccer in a little bit of an upset over Stephen Fry, I think, but overall saying Louis a very good team hosting the Sounders tonight. But let's get into our Western Washington Honda Dealers players to watch and find out who will drive good today. Michelle, who do you have driving a good performance today for the Sounders. Well, we talked about it already

a little bit. I'm going with Jordan Morris. You know, he got his second goal of the season against Vancouver last week. I'd like to see him add to that, keep going, build on that confidence and really get a hot streak going. Steve, who do you got. I'm gonna got

chrishier Row done. And the reason why is I don't think he's been at his best this season, but in the lost two of three games he starts to come back around, and this team, I think now we'll go as fa as Christian takes them, because he's that important when he's himself covering ground, doing two of free jobs on the pitch, and there's very few guys like him we've had in this club in the club's history. So if Christian can be himself today, I think the Sounds have a great chance pick up

a good result. Related to that you mentioned a few minutes ago that you think this is one of the games where this could happen where Christian and Obed flipp and we already talked about o but he's my player to watch today, and it's the element of finding your way into the game, and you know, if things aren't necessarily going the way that the Sounders want to in the first twenty thirty, I'm not sure what the number is watching the way that

those two move together, Christian and Obed, and watch the way that that. Maybe it is Christian going up on the right, maybe it is Obed sliding up whatever, you know, maybe it is flipping the other wing. I mean Obed Vargas scored his first career goal by cutting in on the left side, so there's a lot of positional flexibility for I think all three of our players here to really interchange. Yeah, I would even wait twenty thirty

minutes. I think the first five to ten you can tell because if it depends on this, if the sound is in control centrally and JP's winning the game in the middle, but we're don't get any production on the right hand side, I think Christian and helps you because when he goes on the right hand side, when he begins to tuck in, he creates so much space for Alex to then overlap and get those crosses in. Now, if in the midfield sent Luistic is very strong and you need Christian in the next JP,

then he's going to stay there. So I think it kind of depends what happens in the center of the puck in the first five to ten minutes, but I'd expect at some point to see Christian pop up put a little bitch absolutely. So well, that's who we think will drive a good performance in tonight's match. Four Your sounders, and now is the time to drive a Honda, don't wait. Stop by your local Western Washington Honda dealer today and drive good. We'll take a break and we'll come back and hear from

Welcome back to the Providence Meters premat show. Sounders at Saint Louis City SC Tonight on the road here, trying to pick up and keep going this nice last stretch over the last seven games or so, we're the only loss we've seen was at RSL about a week and a half ago. This team right now is much better vibes than it was just a few weeks ago. Earlier this week at training, had the chance to catch up with Christian road On. This came after the Sounders Open Cup win over Phoenix Rising that put

them through to the court finals. Christian talked about that, he talked about Kalani Coza Rienzi getting the game winning goal, and he talked about Saint Louis City Here tonight on the Road. Here was our visit with Christian Rodan a couple of days ago. Proud of the group obviously going down one zero and

then then coming back. You know that there haven't been a lot of those moments where we go down one zero and we we feel like we get are able to get a result, and so you know that's that's confidence building and you know obviously took a response to do so, but really proud of the young guys to be able to perform, get some minutes, feel part of the group, and you know, we got to carry on that that confidence,

that that belief that we can do that on the road. For you, starting with a bunch of those young guys there, how are you able to kind of step up as a leader and be able to command both sides that field. Yeah, communication is the most important piece, right when you're playing with with young guys. You know, sometimes you know lessons more and sometimes, uh, you know, I was there obviously when I was much

younger. You know, we do a lot of pointless running and and there's times where you don't have to run as much as as as as you do when you're when you're that young and field energy and so just communicating and trying to get the boys on the on the same page. And and so that was my my goal going into the game. And uh, you know, I was off the field and we scored two goals, But really proud that, you know, we responded in a great round. As a fellow Husky,

how have you seen Klannie grow over these last few months? Well, I think Kilane showed extremely well in preseason and I think it's it's a bummer that he didn't get signed initially, you know, And and those are the conversations that I had with Kilane from the get go. You know, don't

put your head down, because he'll get those chances. And he even talked about it with me about you know, for him, it was more about the environment and how he can you know, uh see his path into the first team and he saw that here and so credit to him for for signing a second team contract and believing that he'll get a chance. And to be fair, I think he took full advantage of it. Are you bonding with

him specifically all more than other young players? Maybe because of the dumb thing, yeah, you do thing, But also I see a lot of the same traits that that I had kind of coming out of college. Right. You know, he's extremely athletic. I wasn't quite as athletic as him, but you know, being able to play multiple positions, a good head on his shoulders. You know, his work ethic is is is unbelievable, and

you know he's gonna have a bright future. But it's about the environment, right and and the coaches and the players alongside believing that that He's gonna have an impact at some point with this team. Can you describe the mood of the team heading been to Saint Louis. I think the confidence of the group is there right. I think we've had a decent run of form as of as of late, as of our our last you know, four games or so. But it's something a build off of. You know, you can't

be too high, too low. We talked about the roller coaster of a season and so really important to build off this win for sure. Go on the road is always tough in Saint Louis, and so you know, building off and feeling like you know the group is heading in the right way and hopefully the group is heading for a good result here tonight on the road at City Park against Saint Louis City S. providence. We have prematch show ahead of Sounders in Saint Louis City sc at City Park. As we look at our monitor, here we see the gateway arch, lots of fans outside City Park. You know, the newest team from Major League Soccer coming in last year, and the Sounders kind of had their way with Saint Louis. Yeah, Saint Louis finished the Western Conference at the top, three points above Seattle in second place, but Seattle had the

three to nothing win back on April eighth of last year. Josh atensio that banger from distance and then also went to Saint Louis City a City Park and won two nothing on Decision Day. A pretty good history for the Sounders in this stadium. But as we look at tonight's match, it is slightly different conditions, of course than both of those games. So let's dig into our keys to the match. Michelle, I'll start with you. I am going

almost exactly what you just said, Jackson repeat last year. The Sounders have handed Saint Louis on one of their only five losses at home in their one and a half seasons that they've played, so literally, I know it's different different team, different year, different conditions, but just do the exact same thing. Yeah, for me, win the midfield battle. I think it's

gonna be very important in that midfield. Can JP and Christian be dominant over the Centinuis midfielder is if they can run the engine room, that means we're gonna get service to Albert, service to Raoul, service to all bet out wide, Alix ro Dunn and of course to Jordan Morris as well. If those two can really control the center of the park. I think the sound was win tonight, Steve. I forgot to add this asset earlier, and

this kind of wraps into keys to the match here. Obviously we talked about Saint Louis playing a really high press and Yamar now just getting back to finally about one hundred percent healthy. Jackson played forty five minutes that we didn't think he was going to play on Wednesday. So both of these players finally back

together. It's our best center back duo. But they're gonna have to be on point against the high press, very on point, very point, and we spoke about they have to go into the mindset of bypass the press. First, play short past the second, don't go and think, and we can play off the back. No, can you get a into the y channels, can get over to twelve rail, We'll run, Jen will run all but it will run. So yeah, winning run is Can you find

them early on? By yeshapsity right. They're gonna be putting a lot pressure today. They've got red to to play well. The light show is on at City Park. The players are walking out. We'll take a break for the national anthem. Danny Jackson Steve Zachawani have the Call of Sounders Saint Louis citysc from City Park in Saint Louis. Sounders Fcsucker is brought to you by Provident Swedish, official healthcare partner of Seattle Sounders FC. Regent's stream team is presented by Regent's Blue

Shield proud partner of Saunders FC. Now time for Saunders FC. Sucker. Good evening, everyone, Welcome to City Park in downtown Saint Louis for this the ninth game in less than thirty days for your Sounders as they faced Saint Louis City SC. Having taken the MLS by storm in their inaugural season and finishing top of the Western Conference in twenty twenty three, this campaign has been

a much different experience for Saint Louis. Sitting just above the Sounders in ninth position, they are seeking some revenge with the help of the imposing confines of their home stadium. Sounders got the batch of Saint Louis last year, winning three nil at Looms and then Tunil on decision Day here in the Midwest. For the Sounders, they are fresh off another memorable night of US Open Cup

action at Starfire against Louisville. The hero was Andrew Thomas and with a kick, a flip and a big old smile, the light shone brightly on young Kahlaney Kosa Rienzi. But now the league business is in front of mind and the Sounders need some similar inspiration from their experienced players. And as we honor those who have served our country a Memorial Day weekend. It's a good reminder to all of us that, however much we hope for three points tonight,

there are things much more important than winning a game of football. My name is Danny Jackson, alongside former Sounders winger Steve zach Quarny for the call tonight. Before we get to Steve for his initial thoughts, let's get you the Delta starting eleven and a strong eleven It is for Brian Schmeltzer, Stefan Fryn Gaul about four of Alex Roldan Yamar Reagan and then Cody Baker in for the

suspended knew Who. Christian roll Don retains his position middle of the field alongside jp Oberdvargas on the right, Albert Rosneck in the ten, Jordan Morris on the left, and Railroy Diaz up front for Saint Louis a four to two three one Burkie and goal A back forth Tockland Parker, Nielson and Hebert Blom and Durkin in the middle of the park from right to left, his arm

Vassa left and Pompeu and then leading goalscorer Jau Klaus up front. So Steve, We're gonna get right into it. A lot of energy coming out of the US Open Cup. How can they capture some of that and bring it into night's game. Yeah, I think it's important to get that momentum going. And one of the ways you want to do it is you want to

start the game on the front foot as much as possible. Can you play this game in Saint Louis defensive half, So that means by passing at a very high press that we expecially from Saint Louis, getting the ball into the white channels early, give Vargas a chance to run, give Jordan Morris something the chase, and also Rudiaz as well. Get your key ettecond guys on the board early, put back on under pressure and they may be for soundings

from that position. Then go on to get a good victory. Well, Brian put in Christian roll down in the central the park against Phoenix Rise and try to get some of that experience. Is it fair to ask the likes of Albert Rusnak where you know it hasn't been a great start to the season for some of your inspirational guys like Morris. Rudias's got obviously had a good start, Rossnak still gotta get going. We need to press on those goings to get a bit more out of them, absolutely, and that's who should

be feeling the pressure. You know you're gonna go as far as the likes of Ruy Diaz, Russknak, Jar Parlo, Christian Jordan, those key guys, your highest paid players, your most important players, they're gonna carry. This is not on the young players to take this team forward. So I think Albert Rusknack's been around long enough. He'd been giving the number ten position, if not the shirt directly, and he's got to perform a bit better.

He understands that. Same with Jordan's, same with Christians. So I think those guys take it upon themselves the qualities there. We know how good they are. But for this team to play really well in this almost second half of the season, as it comes quickly here, you're gonna I have to get a lot more from those key guys in the final further of the pitch. Well, Albert Rossneck got seven game winning goals last year. One of them was here in that two nil win. It was a Russnek first

goal in that two nil win. That was our decision day and that made a statement. Sounders came second in the Western Conference last year to a number one Saint Louis, but that was a statement win. As the Sounders went into the playoffs, Brian Schmeltzer, of course looking for his team to get

back on track. It was a disappointing tie against Vancouver. The latest conceded goal in Sounder's history in regular season was that pk from Ryan Gold And of course sometimes you need that little boost, as Brian Schweitzer called it, to get Open Cup win. And here goes Saint Louis getting us going here. They would have been all read attacking the goal to our left. The Sounders

in their anniversary kit green shirts, blue shorts and white socks. Boll goes in, headed up in the way by Reagan, flicked on by that man of rosneck sly shot by Saint Louis, goes over the top of stephron Fry's goal for a gold kick for Saint Louis. But you can hear it, Steve that the energy is there and it's just the crowd. There's been a real revelation of a of a franchise coming in. When you think about the way that the MLS I try to hope for these franchises to come in.

It's about soccer specific stadiums. It's about big crowds. They've sold out every game and of course the success they had out from the gates last year. You can you can hear it. It's a proper football atmosphere. They're very organic. It's a proud fan base who were given a lot to cheer on last season and at home this season they've actually been decent sent at home. That's whe the wins have come. And so for the sound is you want to pay these kind of game. You want to go to a game where

it's half empty and you've got to g yourself up. No, here, you're gonna eat more vain. There's something there's a crowd to quiet and a little bit, and you want to take the crowd out of the game early. Don't let that crowd become a big factor. There's Ruey Diaz middle of the part, just flicks it around. Pompeo is going to roll it out

slowly to this near sight. Alex rolled On of course, missed a couple of games this season in the last couple of weeks due to that red card against Vancouver, he got the all important equalizing penalty against Phoenix, stepped on the field in replacement of his brother. The contribution was a goal. And then of course Kolney, as we've seen all over social media, not only scores a brilliant goal, but I think a celebration might have been even better.

How Steve, I mean you saw it as well. I don't know how much height he got on that flip and I just couldn't believe it. I think I would tell another acler did that. It comes Saint Louis building out about Burkey has been a revelation. Two Swiss goalkeepers in the goals tonight, Fry on one side, Burkee on the other. Burkey of course beat his compatriot to the MLS Goalkeeper of the Year last year. And I think

we can all have our own opinions on that one. As here comes Klaus Brazilian down the right hand side, flicks it out to the far side as topman you saw it, and then comes in It's back to Dirk and came in the off season from DC United, flicks it into the box. Jamar just sticks a right foot out, clears his lines fast side the right again with whips it in on the six, bounced a couple of times, whips through. Pompeo's gonna pick it up. You've gotta Saint Louis play down the

box. Referee gives nothing. Comes back to this near side the left with Hebert and Nielsen. A little bit of early pressure for Saint Louis here as they sound of trying to stem the tide of his energy top of the box. His vassal strikes good block by Yama top of the box, but Steve it's a really good start by Saint Louis. Sounders just have to absorb this early pressure. Yeah, when you vote on the road in MNS, you know that at times youre gonna have to face this kind of pressure. And

it's about bending. We're not breaking. It's for the sounder. It's one bit of surprise. They'd have talked about this early on. Senduels will come in with a very strong effort trying to get a crowd on their side. If the sounds, it's about absorbing then, and when you do win the board by passing that press rightway, We're gonna keep repeating that to get a board into the Saint Louis half, because you don't want to give them any

encouragement in winning the board up high and keeping you under pressure. Saint Louis went off the foot of Ricenack down the left hand side. It comes with Bompeu back to Newman. Jerkin came in the off season for a combination of Stroud Barkler. Three hundred thousand dollars of gam got jerking in to the mix. Here has been a solid presence in the middle of the parks. The ball gets rolled down the line fast side the right over the end line.

It's gonna be a goalkick for the Sounders here in the fourth minute. Saint Louis nil, Sounders nil or ninety three point three KGr FM. Wherever you're joining us, we appreciate you dialing in, tuning in, syncing up with Apple whatever it may be. Certainly the Sounders looking to keep this run going. It's been somewhat stop start. Stevid feels like they're really only one loss from the last seven it is. I think one of the issues has been

not being able to build momentum and good treason. I had a massive win in the Cascade of Clash at Portland a couple of weeks ago, and it wasn't quite able to build on that. The next two results we weren't quite there. I think that's been literally for the sound is it's not being able to stack wins after each other, but different competition. If you can get a winter day after winning in the US Open Up as well, I think gives your team of confidence. You know, coming back home in midweek to

face a really good so Late team. If you can get a win there suddenly speaking, okay, three wins in the last three games across two competitions. Those things build confidence. Sounders have it middle of the parks or from Christian role. Don tries to find Russneck through the middle, picked up by Saint Louis's they wriggle out of pressure. Tim Parker, former Vancouver man, rolls it out to this near side the left to Hebert to Nielsen. Solid

presence in that back line for Saint Louis. So far this year, it's been a little bit up and down in terms of player personnel available to Bradley Carnell further up the field, Love and of course fourteen assists on his year last year dominant display as a number ten coming in for his first season in MLS. He's on the bench today coming back from an injury picked up a

couple of weeks ago. Of course, the Sounders know what it's like to have to deal with injuries as they start to continue to bring their players back. But could line up tonight for Brian Schmittzer got all most all his men out there tonight, and now it's about leaning on some of those experienced players.

As you mentioned, the lights of brusnak Ruy Diaz's come in in the off season worked really hard, Zoo and this place in the lineup, Jordan Morris start is a number nine shifted out to that number left, he looks a little bit more comfortable. The Sounders have got as good of an attacking for Steve as you'd really think in the league. It really is. And

that's why it's a bit mind boggling. Why the gold output not just this season Womack, as far as last season just isn't damn averaging Just over a go on a game man, for the name you have and what we've seen them do before you think you get there, not more than that, I will say for the sound isn't it? And there's still a lof season left. It just takes one game to get three or four goals. You really

unlock the potential of that attacking group. Maybe finding a rack combinations there, Christians a bit more central, closer to Albert Russnag join them back on the leftl see exactly what it takes to I'm not going to this, but on paper, extremely talented, just hasn't shown up enough on the pitch this season.

Sounder's habits, they rolled the ball across. It's been the struggles at home in terms of goals and execution the final third, and if we take away the five goals to get against Montreal, it's been a little bit of nemick at home, but away from home, very different story. Let's not forget the two goals we've got against Portland and a very difficult place to play, and then of course all the most difficult place to play in MLS.

The the last couple of seasons in Philadelphia was three goals for the Sounders as they went up three goals in at halftime, managed to hold on for that three to two win. There the Sounders just patience in their possession. That's where you want to do it at home. You want to dictate some of that tempo. Dixon take some of that pace. Can't defend the entire time. And Sounders have known around the league for being a possession orientated team.

And we asked Brian today, Steve, it's a combination they've found the last couple of weeks of playing in possession but also being a bit more direct, and I think so. I think that's that's when this team has been at its best. Yes, play the passes, lots of short passes, combinations give them goals. Play on through the lines absolutely, but when it's time

to be direct, you have to absolutely be able to do both. Or holds up far side the left of Jordan Morris is a good combination by Bryson at Rudy as in Vargas, here's Gp top of the box, whips it in deflection just wide. We're asking for a corner kick. Corner kick is given by the referee. First corner kick for the Sounders on their left hand side remains nil nil and A think rolls also for a little bit more though he wants a handboard. I'm not sure that it was, but it's good

press by the said Lewis press. How about the sound is pressive, Bull's given away, great pressure and JP probably on target. The flesh takes it wide. Sounds of a good chance now from a set piece. Well, let's not forget last week. It was just seven days ago when the Sounders felt that got robbed. It was a chicken arm that was pushed out that the Sounder's never got a penalty for. Seemed obvious for all of us.

And then obviously the goal giving away and a handball buy knew who And that's a delivery from the Sounders left in swinger the gears of the crowd as it bounces through over the end line on the far side for a goal kick and Steve, that is not what you want away from home. When you've got a chance to port delivery in the box with the likes of Yamar, Morris and Reagan, you got to put in a good spot. And it's those kinds of small details. It just has to be better because you don't know

how millions of chances you're gonna get on the road. You may get two or three quarters the whole game, maybe more, but you might only get those. You've got to make them count. So long we're up there for the center backs them times to go chase after over here in the ball out of bounced like that, You've gotta get more quality from that for the Sounders

well. Sound Iss FC Soccer is presented by Provident, Swedish official healthcare partner of Sounders FC as JP just hustles back well and the Sounder's left hand side. Good little ball by Sefan Frii. Of course, building out the back got us in trouble just a couple of weeks ago against Vancouver on that first game in mid April, sound has managed to build out well. Reagan was

always composed and controlled on the ball. He's finding his form now. A slow start by both Reagan and Yamar in terms of performance, but they're really finding their feet now. Reagan got solid four to five minutes against Phoenix, albeit off an injury off Jonathan Bell, which we've heard is not too serious.

It should be back in the coming weeks or hamstring injury. Steve Brian always seems in the last couple of weeks he's been walking around, even the frustrations he showed against Vancouver in his press conference, continues to have a smile on his face. That's got to be the faith that he has the players of what they can bring, they just haven't shown it yet. I think it's exactly that. I think it's knowing that listen, there's over half the

season left. He let you, you don't have all the time in the world, but you have enough. And there have been signs in recent weeks that they begin to turn the tide. One of those biggest signs has been for me to uptake and performance of fishing Rodin. He was not quite himself in the early parts of the season. He seemed to be rounding back them to himself, especially that game up Portland Fords to turn and play for him. He's stamped to the frost on the game and he's been good in his

last two or three games. And the better he plays, of course, it carries the whole team forward to I think brance Mason, who knows what he has in that locker room, and he's seen him do it time and

again over the years. It's that trust in the players. But as you said, they've got a shot on the pitch eleventh minute here City Park Saint Louis Neil Neil, as Michelle Luker explained to us last week against Vancouver Briance schmetzs put a challenge on his team get fifty five percent possession in these games,

even away from home. Okay's Portland. They hit it well, pay on the money in the first half and already here at Saint Louis in the first twelve minutes sixty So certainly not intimidated by the noise, certainly not intimidated by the record. Does Saint Louis have, Michelle mentioned in pregame just a handful of losses here, one of them being of course the Sounders at the back end of last season. But you got to think for Saint Louis,

we obviously have San Diego coming into the league next year. You know, we'll see what type of play and what type of rhythm they find early on. Saint Louis have really put a market for new franchises coming in. They've got the right players and the right positions, white coach, with youthful energy, but the experience of MLS. They's done a really good job they have,

and they've got off the push through a great fan base. You can hear the atmosphere here and we've seen so many teams come into MLS and there's the ones who get it right for on the sounders model how the sounders got it right, and then the ones you simply don't. And St. Louis

definitely followed in the footsteps of the sounders. Lafc Atlanta seems like that who came in and from day one will four three records with all on this near side the right sounds attack and the goal to our right and the street kit. Here come Seguis in transition bassalon across half well, I mean chased down by Christian roll guard support to his right by ohn Lock. Said to Klaus, shot in the box, slice shot with about fourteen yards goes over the

top of Stephen Fryer's goal. It's gonna be a goal kick sound which remains Neil neil, but it shows the energy in the speeding transition, said Louis. Have Steve Saggar and there's a danger. We talked about the press and you saw it high of the priest's time the window board, and they weren't out in transition versus the leading that attack and when it does make its way back to him in the end, here the sounds get very lucky. He

should be hearing the target there gets his animals all kinds of wrong. More Fries ten yards over the Crossbard should have had the very least make Stephan Fry work, But that is a warning sign for the Sounders. Saint Louis can't get out. In transition, Klaus likes to run that hasn't been carried a

ball well as well, and the sound is fortunate to escape there. High press on Cody Baker was interesting listening to Bradley Carnell's prescom difference in the week, who was asked a question about knowing who being out and they're going to try and expose but added pressure on Cody Baker. He said, you know, well, let's see what the game brings us. I think we got

the answer to that question. When Cody Baker got the ball to Saint Louis, players pressed him on that far side of the left and managed to wriggle out of it. Sounders pick up a free kick middle of the park. Sander's looking comfortable so far. Again, these are the type of games that experienced players, especially just Reveling and Steve. You remember going to these atmospheres when everything's against you and you can just silence the crowd by your play on

the field, and that's all you really need to do. They're the best games to play in, which is why so many teams over the years come to Seattle and play their best game because of that fan base, that crowd. You want to shut the crowd up, and I think it makes for better spectacle. The energy's there. You can see this game open fifteen minutes. Both teams will be relatively happy with how it's gone so far. Send Louis, of course, play a lot of height, energy and thin.

The Sounders have done well. Want it's a bit more of the same possession. Maybe play fruit albumst like a little bit more than it have been. Get Rudy As and Jordan Morris involved in a game too, But fifty minutes in giving up one good chance, the Sounds will take that. Nielson with the ball, former Swedish national team players, suffered from a few injuries this season, but he's back in the line up alongside Tim Parker and a stalwart

in the back line for Saint Louis. Is his arrival beginning part of last year, Or goes into Klaus Brazilian and if you saw Klaus in a lineup, the last thing you'd think is a Brazilian tour six foot four blonde hair ball get shifted from center far side the right the Toddlerd's gonna whip it in towards the back post, towards that man. Klaus heads it back down to Pompeu. Hebet in support just behind. Hebert fires blonde, then number six

South African player, just like their coach, Bradley Carnell. Over one hundred games for Kaiser Chiefs, the most famous club in South Africa and St. Lucas Radaby and film. A singer of Legion United during my time came from Kaiser Chiefs. Just put a word out, lead you night, have a huge game tomorrow Championship final, get to the Premier League and then they call it the most expensive game, lucrative game, I should say in world football

thing. It's like a two hundred and fifty million dollar game based on the money you get from being in the Premier League. It can make a break of club. Honestly, what's fighting one that I don't know how You're gonna see tonight, Danny By. We'll be thinking of you a couple of whiskers. We'll get an early start. Sunder's building out the back Jackson Reagan, just calm and compose. Saint Louis dropping off, no pressure, Sounder's just

no rush to move it forward, trying to building momentum. Now they split some lines into the foot of Ruder to get shoveld off the wall. It comes, Saint Louis quickly winning it with their high press. Good solid challenge by Christian old On. We haven't seen too much of that by the Sounder's number seven got his foot in there. A game like this, there are

times when you have to put your foot through it. Certainly does it in that play Christian head about blonde into the foot of Pompeii driving forward, no pressure them a just backing off claps, the ball defles top of the box. Strike because a scoff shot goes wide of Sefron Forest go go kick here.

In the seventeenth minute, City Park, Satan Lewis remains Neil el see zac Quani just gona be a little bit careful for the Sounders because that momentum is starting to build, and these are the moments like you want to see. Speak about going a bit direct. There's two reasons to do that. One it alleviates pressure back pass of the press, but you also give us off a chance to win second boards have the pitch. You mayber have a board up to Uiaz, you may have win the first head up, but

when the board drops and bounces, can rusnag you on it? Can Jp get on it? And then you've got possession established in yet take in half? So seven fright, good choice here. He's not gonna pay this goal kick short. He's gonna pay the goal kick long and you have to now for the Sounders leave it and with his pressure and momentum that's beginning to build from Saint Louis. So much of the players and the Sounders half to the

field. Even though the Sounders have possession of the ball, continue to retain sixty percent possession. But r Ralbridiaz and Jordan Morris only five touches a piece so far in the first eighteen minutes of this game. And the Sounders are gonna be successful. Players like that who need to get on the ball. Judic Shaw fought the back for Saint Louis. They rolled the ball down. There's near side the left, there's Vassal left just spinning out of pressure.

You've team played with Aston Villa years ago, second season here in Saint Louis. Ball gets flicked away by the sounder's far side Saint Louis is right as they attack the goal to our left. It's gonna be throwing twenty yards or so from the corner flag. Sounders preparing for a long throw. You know,

Totland has that ability for his recent games and introductions. He's flipping towards Tim Parker, boll bounces around, eventually hooked and away by Jao Paolo, you know, messing around from the Sounder's number six players's lines back fourth step

up. Sounders continue just to be comfortable here in Saint Louis. Lots of games going around, full slate of games in the Western Conference and across the league, and has has mentioned Saint Louis sitting in ninth, Sounders sitting in tenth, and a win will leap from the Sounders out with Saint Louis. So it's almost like a game within a game. Gotta get your three points, but something has playoff implications so soon and it's as much the psychological piece

Steve as anything else. You get your third one of the gates Saint Louis in three games. That's something you can carry forward absolutely, and I think for the Sounder's mind. Also, they've paid a game more, he said Lewis, and you don't want to drop once here to keep them ahead of you with a game in hand. So yeah, and we'll get to pant of season where it's fourteen fifteen games played. You're not far from halfway.

Ball shifts to the far side of the right with Klaus one again in the middle of the part by Saint Louis, e clips it in headed up and away over the end line. Corner kick for Saint Louis. Momentums building for the men in red. Sounders have to pold Strong mentioned it in previous games, especially in Portland. Ben don't break right now. The Sounders are doing a decent job, nothing really for seven five to do, and now they've

got to defend this corner kick far side. Saint Louis is right. I think POMPEII is going to run across, or if he just organizes the players inside the six yard box, it's gonna be three Saint Louis players sitting on the penalty spot, blown about twenty five yards out. Dead sense to wait

for anything coming out. Ruders just marshaling the top of the eighteen yard box, or goes sure right off the training ground into Vassa left, holds off Christian roll Dar comes back to Totlho's gonna whip it in for better angle. Headed clear by Jordan Morris. Good defending by the sounders number thirteen as the ball gets shifted by Hebert. Closing down by Obed Vargas. Really good solid start to his campaign. And there's Jordan Morris again, hence the ball clear.

Saw Jordan on the practice field walk on his head in just a week or so ago, but he was in the attacking eighteen yard box as sign it doesn't defending it his defensive side or drops to Durkin. There's near sight the left just chased down by Vargat stretched leg by Alex Roldan Saint Louis retained possession. Parker clips it in little bit of miscommunication. He could see flight coming out, but he was hesitant. Then she clatters into a combination of

Jackson, O Reagan and alm Arm. Stays on the deck. But as we always said as center back, so we don't care if the goalkeeper puts a fist through your face. Just get rid of the ball and I've never understood that. I've never understood that. But from Friday are coming through after he catches a piece of arm and also of Jackson Reagan. There here's a strong collision the nd him Friday. He does get his fist on the ball. Have Harm's way deal with the matter? Asked questions later, Restma's arm.

Another Swede in the lineup tonight on Sads and Patriot Nielson's gonna be a long thrown by Hebert into the front post, headed up eventually away by Christian Waldar on the second attempt cushion header flicked back in away by Yema again. He and Jackson O Reagan now really starting to find their form. Both had slow starts of the season, us to do with the lack of preseason they both had. Jackson O Reagan picked up an injury in the US national team

camp. Yamar, we'll start to get back as well. It's Nathan and the early parts of the season alongside Jackson Reagan, and now you've got your steely central defensive partnership that did so well last year thirty two goals against last year league tying thirty two goals against alongside Nashville. All goes back to Burke

to Parker I and Novinsky to Vancouver. Players came into Saint Louis together the beginning at twenty twenty three, ball down the line to the crash of ball just slashed across the six yard box a little bit too high, love bit too long, clashes across the six goes out on this near side for a throwing. But you can see the movement Steve as we ought to replay down on our monitor. You can see the ball just gets whipped in there by

Klaus. But Klaus is not your traditional number nine just gonna sit in the hole. He's gonna make runs in those channels. Yeah, when you have a look at and you see statue, you think he'll be kind of back to board, playing into his hold up, and he can do that, but he also run into the channels and drags center backs into the areas they don't want to be dragged into the channels. He did on that side on the Sounders left hand side, drag Jackson Reagan out of there. He's crosses

on very good, which is good news for the Sounders. But all the momentum so far in this game is with sat Lewis, who expected it to an extent, but the Sounder's got Stember tags a little bit and get sequences are three four five passes. We're not seeing enough of that yet for the Sounders, and Jordan Morris and Mudaz really have been passages in this game.

I've not been involved at all. Oh we asked Brian Schmitz. With the performances of some of these young kids in the US Open Cup really stepping up, it's going to a pressure on some of these experienced players. This Rosna gets bundled over by Jerkin his fourth and MLS for fouls committed is Durkin in the middle of the park. We'll see a replay right here. But Saint Louis five shots on the games so far against the Sounders one. Sounders are

still leading possession fifty five percent, but it's possession with a purpose. Rob Ryan Schwetz will ask his team so far they haven't really challenged Burkie. And what's interesting, Steve is that Saint Louis have the lowest number of completed passes in MLS, but they have one of the most completed passes and thirty seven percent of their passes or in the attacking third of the field and tonight is a prime example. It's perfect. Yeah, they're very quick to get into

the final foot and then play from there. And you mentioned the sound is it's fifty five percent possession, but it's in the wrong part of the field. It's one in the back line. We're not seeing sustained possession half of the pitch. So now I found on a sound left hand side. A chance to get a bought into the box now and these moments become very important, A chance to breathe, get your big guys forward and maybe can you find something off a set piece. Here in the twenty sixth minute, Nil

Nils still at City Park, Saint Louis. Beautiful stadium, beautiful setting. They try and re energize the downtown of Saint Louis suffered through COVID. The stadium is gonna re energize this part of the city. Is the ball gets whipped in towards the far post. Good ball of goose was rolled down, who went up in the air eventually got clear just clipped back in by JP. Bloom's gonna finish the clearance for Saint Louis finds the foot of Cody Baker.

Well. This copyrighted audio casts of Major League Soccer may not be retransmitted, reproduced, or rebroadcast without the express written consent of Major League Soccer. Bryan Schwetzer. Steve should be resonably happy with his team. Yes, they haven't really challenged burking the goal, but you know Neil Neil coming in a difficult place to play managing possession well, but like you said, it's about

where's that possession? Yeah, And I think also for auto momentum and energy centers I've had Stephan Fratt hasn't had to work too hard so far, so I think from that perspective, the Sounders culture staff should be happy. I mean want it's some a bit more in your second half. Here's Alex Roldan right channel, this near side the right sound attack and the goal to our right. So it gets it closed down by Pompeio. As Alex Roldan back to Yama. We'll see how the sounders readjust we saw. We spoke to

Brian Schmetzer today, talked about Bargas and rolled On shifting. That looks like they've shifted now. Bargas is sitting alongside JP middle of the park pushing rolled On, holding a higher line on this right hand side. Yeah, and I thought we might see that, thinking about twenty five minutes wise to see

that, and there could be multiple reasons. One of the reasons will be also you've got to generate something, and I understanding the role done brothers having a right hand side that link up maybe the way to few addicts in higher positions. Here's Klaus runs into a wall of Jackson, Reagan and Yama and the Amar leading MLS and interceptions last year and the season before steps in again

wins the balls. Sounders are gonna built inside their own eighteen yard box an other than just a couple of the injuries are we're waiting to get back to full fitness. This is about as strong of a lineup as Brian Schmittz can put out right now. It is of course a big X factor and that we're all waiting on a sound as fans is pege Gonavega because we've seen glimpses obviously not enough and if he comes back and is as good as advertised,

they'll make a big difference. For given away by Jackson Reagan. Top of the boxes POMPEII of this near side the left challenge by Alex Roldin, it comes on his preferred right foot, scuffs the shot bounties two or three times into the hands of step Van Frye Hill. Take that all day, but those are the challenges against a team like this. They're just waiting for the Sounders to have a loose ball. It was Jackson Reagan to Vargas loose on

the entry pass. They pick it up and the Sounders half of the field and move straight to Gold And I think you said the key word is the entry pass, so the center his press. It's not when the Sounders are playing a gold kick or building out of the back, they'll sit back. Is when you try to get the ball in between the lines into the feet of ruy Diaz into Russnak, that's when they pounce. And that's now three or four times they've won the ball in the sound Is half and the pounced

and began to attack right away. So you've got to be a little bit careful for the Sounders there trying to pay those entry passes into attacking players centrally, because that's when sand Lewis calls into full press mode and they've generated some good offense from me so far. Well, here we are twenty nine minutes. Jordan Morris has six touches. Rudis is a couple more than that,

So the Sounders are gonna be successful. Us Yemar just barrels into the back of vassalv fell on Yemar, but not a bad place to give up a foul inside. Saint Louis is half for the field. I'll find a way to get your outside players involved. When Cody Baker came on the field against Montreal and that five zero win for new who went off after fifteen minutes or

so with an injury, did a really good job getting involved. You just haven't seen Cody Baker be able to support Jordan Morris up that left hand side. Yeah, we've not seen Cody Baker. And on the right hand side, not see Alex ro Dunn. And those are two guys that really can give you an extra dimension in the attack. And I think Christian now being on the right hand side, hopefully you can occupy the left back, drag him all over the pitch and create a lane on the right hand side for

anaxell Dan to get up. Because adaxhall Donald when he gets into that final third, of course, a very good cross off the ball, but you have to least get up there first. So for the Sounders, they've been pinned back by send Lewis. Give the home team some credit here, but at some point you've got to try to also play your game. Goodball into the vassal Lef rolls the ball to Pompeo this near side of the left ten yards from the end line, challenged by Alex Roldn goes back to Vassa Lef

with his crafty left foot. That's a Hebert played at City two team in twenty twenty two before being signed to the main team, and they're in northgal season in twenty three May. Twenty seven of thirty one games last year started. All goes into the box, shoveled over is Olm Saint Louis get a thrown farst side there right, it's Tim Parker just steps up to support. Now he's gonna walk into the eighteen yard box as Totland's gonna pick the ball

up. Last time it was more of a curated throw into the foot of Tim Parker. We'll see if he's going to launch this one a little bit longer this time. Klaus sitting corner the six alongside Tim Parker Vasselv just hovering around the penalty spot. Here comes a throat up and away as that man

Jordan Morris again or finds the foot of Totland's left wide open. Jes A Cliver towards the back posts, headed up and away, cleared by Alex Roldan who had shouldered to shoulder Christian Roldan helping out's blother Alex gets pundle down by Pompeia. Crowd don't like it, Sounder's players, Sounders fans will like it, and the Sounders fans again turning up in their numbers section seventy today here at City Park. I'm sure if we'll be able to hear them too much

with the crowd noise of Saint Louis, but we'll certainly see them. Stadium covered in red and they all start to see the dotting of sunders green. As long as it's not the Bruce Lee kitten red his Stephen Fryer's gonna launch it long down the right hand side. Sound is playing a bit more direct. Jordan Morris now stepping in the middle of the field. Maybe that's a shift as well. Ral Rudis sitting on that left hand side. Maybe it's

Brian Schmetz's decision to find the ball a little bit more direct. Well, in the hands of Cody Baker, we know he can throw it long as well. It could be a weapon tonight. I'll see walks up to take this thirty five yards or so from the corner of like far side the Sounders left all comes into the foot. Difficult ball to control by Russneck doesn't try

to close the ball down. Blum's able to mock it down the line cleaned up by Jackson Reagan with Yemar into the foot of Christian Roaldon tucked in off that right hand side now allows this man Alex rold On flexed the ball in the halfway line. White channel goes into Christian Roldon. If it's such a good job tucking in at times, and you can see the circulation Steve now

GP's come out to this right Christian World. Don's sitting alongside Vargas. It's nice to see how the players just kind of compliment each other in their movement. Yeah. Now it sort of sounds at their best when it's dynamic and the interchanging. So when the team is not being stagnerant, you mentioned moments ago, John Morrison came inside, Raoul pulled outside. It just comes to the defensive team guessing and on their toes and makes you that much less predictable

to defend. So I think for the Sounders you want to say a little bit more of that, But I do things with Christian or done on his right hand side more and more as the halfways on the Jackson Reagan step Sin came off the hand of jerking nothing give him by the referee shifts it to arm down into Klaus inside the parks clips it over the top, comes right step from Frey did a really good job, saw the danger close down the space, forced Klaus to take a quick shot, goes white. Goat kick

remains now nil. But that's really good play by Klaus and even better play from Stephen Fry. So again it's said Louis, maybe it's a foul, maybe it's not pay to the whistle. The movement from Klaus is really really good. But Stephen Fry comes out so quick, closes the angle and really gave to Brazilian no angle to really put a board past him. Indiana,

it would have been a stupendous finish to get a borning from there. So another warning sign from the Sounders send lewis very aggressive in the middle third, winning the bourne, pouncing, getting out quickly and when they begin to run, Klaus is not shabby making those runs and behind well. I've already hosted US men's national team games. US women's national team games in the soccer specific stadium almost costs about five hundred million to build. Goes like to getting more and more expensive.

The soccer specific stadiums, as Lenman was designed, fills upost Soccer and football certainly add to the noise and the cauldron that is for away teams to come in. If you mentioned women, Field's always been that banner stadium to come in and get a result off and the Sounders lord that they're in for a fight every time. As saying law suit tonight as Vassile, Pauls,

Jackson Reagan and just Wriggle free, it's gonna be a yellow card. So I have no idea what he's moaning about, because that is the clearest day yellow as you get. Jackson Reagan evades in and it just proves that's one as a yellow card every day of the week. No idea, what's complaign about. There's the city filed to give away city yellow card to pick up. To be honest, that's what you should be upset about. And no

idea what he's still He's still going, but it's a yellow card. And the sounder is this next ten minutes or so is very important because the game continues at this pace the suits and it's really well, we want to play fast, fast football, especially at home. The Sounder's gotta find more missus slaughter game down a little bit. You've got to find a way to get Jordan involved at least once in his half you get to see him at all.

There's that man, Jordan Morice off the chest, brings it down left corner of the box, deflex off m for a thrown on the far side. Coddy Baker's gonna step up, pick up a ball just on either side of the advertising hoardings. Sounders just gonna set themselves up. These are the times for the Sounders to try and pepper the goal. So far they haven't tested. Burkey all goes back from Cody Baker to Jackson Reagan to yam up a little bit of pressed. Now from Saint Louis, they step up their

lines decktail and all red. The combination of colors tonight, Sounders, Green, Saint Louis read here they go. Hopefully it's a signal to stop Saint Louis and the green. There's a green light to push the Sounders forward as they have to defend now far side the left. The ball goes ball in the foot of Totland, but to Jerkin to Tim Parker, the ball shifts

to the middle of the field. Heba in supporting this near side the left picks it up, closed down by Christian rold On, who has shifted to that right hand side, now in a more permanent position last ten minutes or so, rolls the ball down to Pompeo, sticks out of foot, somehow finds the foot of Vassal that shifts it from center far side the right, Totland just looks to knock it up towards the back post. He does. During a couple of times, ball bounce around the top of the box.

Vassal m to Klaus got closing down by young old Vargas goes over the top corner keep remains nel Milste's that corny when that's another good of time by said Lewis. A sustained attack the ball from the left to right. A couple of times when across they've come in it seemed to be over here with a good job keeping it alive and has dropped for Klaus in Yeah, I heard it's all but Vargas, who just gets his body in the way to the

sets it in behind for a corner kick. Care but the whole team continue to answer questions here so far the sounders have the answers, but here's a lot of question. Towarms it up, it's gonna be a corner kick to saying, helloi's this near side there left and be an outswinger sort of. Vassal left takes four steps back, arms up in the air. Sounders packing inside the box goes near post headed clear by Christian Roll darn As he founds to the right, all goes back to Burkey forty five yards out of his

goal inside the center circle, almost gets cut out by Ruy Diaz. Just a whisker away for picking the ball up or is the right hand side It's gonna whip across towards Klaus foot by Gemars picked up him. I was having a go the assistant of referee thing asking for some kind of off side attention. Here comes to Morris. Can he open to his legs now here it goes gets dragged down by Bloom. That's gonna be an SGB yellow card inventor. I've seen one, yes, it is when a foul is called.

SGB trial lawyers are here to hell. Visit SGB dash law dot com. And we haven't seen much of Morris Steve, but that's one thing we do. His asset away from home is just this power and speed. Knock it down the line. Who has to foil he does. It's gonna good free kick for the Sounders And that's exactly and Jordan Morris great use on his pace. They're great change of place. Room could not keep top with him. It's another yellow card for Sendlis there, but also gives a sound as a

chance to get the ball into the box. Set piece has really been the only way to sound. And I've got closer to send Louis ball so far, haven't made it count ive told in his first half yet gives another chance to get a ball in. Yama's up there As tois Jacks o' reagan, he's gonna be a good delivery when it comes to us. Night we saw the first corner kick for us and I went over and goes short. This time fans out to the right, goes to JP's gonna clip it towards the

pat post. Disappointing delivery from JP cut out by saying Louis fans the foot of Rudy. It gets bundled off the ball man should win it back. Good tussle and hustled by Rudy. Strike from this and its just so to the top, but why not? Who ready? As is the player that can do it? Goes over the top. Goalkick for Saint Louis remains nil nil Yeah, and they can understand trying to change the angle of the cross by playing it short from set pieces, but sometimes the simplest way just get

it go into the box. Ask questions float in there, give you my chance, Give Jackson Reagan a chance, cause deflections cause confusions. So fine as sound as delivered from set pieces, they've not taken a more advantage of it. There comes Nielsen as he builds out the back to the front of Dirkin Sounders, just holding a pindline of confrontation. Good to see away from the home ball gets launched along because of the pressure let's control by arms.

They will be cleaned up by Cody Baker's being quietly effective in this first half. As Jackson Reagan managed to roll the ball back to Stepan Fry inside his six yard Rocks launches it long, get challenged by Christian rolled on either just gets a foot in and there comes Rosneck just putting us foot on the board, calming things down. Does a good job. Jackson o'reagan rulls it into Christian world arm a bit more pressure out from Saint Louis. The ball goes

back. But join us on Saturday, June fifteenth, as we celebrate fifty years of Sounders and all those who are part of our club history. Kickoff is at seven thirty pm against Minnesota United. Tickets are available at SOUNDERSFC dot Com slash tickets. Five minutes to go here first half City Park. That means nil nil ninety three point three KGr FM. Don't leave us at halftime,

Jackson Michelle be back to break it all down. It's been a methodical performance so far from the Sounders. Some laws a lot dangerous on the counter. Sounds really haven't challenge Burkie and the goal, But the all important stat is that they've conceded no goals. Whenever you can keep a clean sheet in any game, especially away from home, you've always got a chance to pick off a win. Sounders two wins out of their last three games away from

home. All get shifted from the Amar high press now from Saint Louis, who talked about their high press sounding to evade it. They win it back. Then she's given away by the head of Nielsen. All goes sent to all the dangerous ball by actual God gets away with the good touch by JP

bungled over the referee gonna give me nothing. See if we talked about some referee decisions over the last couple of weeks and the referee is five yards away and you thought about it, and he pulled his whistle to his mouth, and then just changed his mind last minute. Not sure why. He was

definitely a found, but the sounds win. The ball back become with Cody Baker left hand side given away by Ruby Yeas at the most important moment, cut out by the back line for Saint Louis and the Lum's gonna pick it up and roll it back to Hebert. I'll get back to Berkie the wing to sting Cody Baker get involved too much in the attacking third. That was one time made the run, just could get a ball dyin yeah and cold and on the right hand side, Antro done very few forays into the final

third. You want to see it all the time, but you want to see it sometimes you've not seen it anywhere near enough in his first half, and especially when it hasn't been going for Jordan Morris on the right hand side, whether it's been Vargus or Christian or done Eva. Your outside backs in those moments have to provide a che numbers in attack. There's Dirk and White side of the box towards the endline, clips off Vargas who tracked down world.

It's gonna be over the endline corner kid for Saint Louis Lames mil Mill here forty third minute. The Sounders need a hold strong, get back in the locker room, reorganize themselves. As we mentioned, it's been a swag of games that the last thirty days, going all the way back to DC when it was DC on a Saturday night, Philadelphia on the Tuesday night, and then it's just piled up since then. But the Sounders are doing a good job. One loss in the last seven games. We've relied on some

of the young kids and they've stepped up. One of those kilany hero Phoenix sits on the bench tonight we Outswinger with POMPEII with his right foot top of the box, striped by vast Lad's weaker right foot. Boom strikes, It rolls into the hands of Stephan Fry the groan of the crowd. Expect him more Sounders will take it. But Discount Tire get thirty percent shorter average weight time when you buy and book online at discount tire dot com, or get

shifted center to the far side the left. Good play by Obert Vargas, who's rosneckers fanned out to that left hand side, picked it up. Combined with Morris now back of the foot of Vargas, who shifts into this near side the right. Alex Rol dance towards the endline to his brother. Christian flicks it in, Boll bounces around. It's a chance for the sounders right towards the end of this first half, as that's like barrels into Christian world.

Darn ye aim Our steps four twenty five yards and Gold goes back to JP. Alex Rol Dan's gonna whipping in good ball Pas clear by Burkie saw the danger well and now here comes Saint Louis in transition fart side the right Clouds mixer run cut out well by Boddy Baker that just fell asleep with sport a second almost got his pocket picked. Sounders still have it. They retained the possession with JP. But I was a good sequest from the sounders there

you saw it. What can happen when you get Alex Rod done Internet attack in half good combination between him and Christian road Down the first time really then linked up in his first half was a very good delivery by Christian rode Down said. Louis defended it quite well. The sound has maintained a pressure and in the end it was well defended. His roo yeah strike just fluffs his lines slightly from twenty five yarc just slapping his face in frustration. Those are

the chances that he wants back. He managed to find this spot of space right in the middle of the park. It was Cody Baker who got involved, laid the ball to Ruydiez, pulled his shot wide. Goal kicked for Saint Louis. Remains nil nil. As we ticked past the forty five minute mark. We'll see how many minutes the referee does add on. Sounders continue to dominate possession sixty percent possession with only two shots on goal, and there's

a referees whistle. Absolutely no time added on as you'd expect. There's no stoppages. Chess match of sorts between the two teams. Sounder dominating possession can't really test Burkie and then they've had a couple of chances in transition of Saint Louis, but Sounders have stood tall. Steve, your final thoughts heavy for the Sounders. You'll take it. You've got through a half there. Stephen

Frank gon't have to work too hard. But as the half fall on the last five minutes there you began to see signs of the attacking group coming alive. So going a halftime regroup, recharge, and just maybe a ten percent more from every one second half, especially in an attacking sense. But the win is there for the taken. We'll take a short break, Jackson felt Michelle Luck going back to break it all down halftime here at City Park in

downtown Saint Louis with Saint Louis City nil, Sounders nil. When two forces for good come together, united by a greater purpose, something amazing happens. You're listening to Sounders fcsucker. Sounders fcsucker is brought to you by Provid, Swedish Official Health official healthcare partner of Seattle Sounders EFC and by Delta Airlines, Proud to donate one soccer ball for every mile rand by Sounders EFC players this season through the Rape Foundations One Mile, one Vault program. Now time for the Sounders EFC halftime show, forty five minutes in the books at City Park and Saint Louis and your Sounders and Saint Louis are even right now at

zero zero. Not too much to break down here in the halftime show, but Jackson Felt's Michelle Ludkee here to do it. And then look ahead to the second half and what Brian Schmnzer can do to pick up what is a right now very much three points for the taking, because Saint Louis have definitely had chances on the offensive end, but they haven't been able to capitalize on any of it. And if that continues, one of these chances for all

might eventually go into the back of the net. So, Michelle, forty five minutes in the books, and yeah, like we said, Sanders getting the possession number that Brian Schmitzer wants, it's just about getting things going on that final third. Absolutely, there's been relatively nothing in that final third. I was happy to see what we saw from the Sounders, I'd say in

the last minute ninety seconds worth of play. I feel like that was their biggest spark, especially in that final third, and it was nice that it was seeing it going into the half. Hopefully that I'll carry over into the second half and the second forty five. But almost a shame that it started then and didn't start early, because you hope that this now break doesn't cool them off a bit, because really, yes, the sixty percent possession is

fantastic, but if you're not creating opportunities and then capitalizing on opportunities. Then at the end of the day, the possession doesn't mean anything. However, I'm now going to contradict myself and say, this is a road game, this is a hard place to play. So the fact that they haven't conceded anything and have been able to maintain control are some positives that I think Brian

could be looking at. And maybe that's why that we just did see in that last two minutes where Brian was able to kind of take the first forty four minutes and say, we're getting everything we want out of here. We're absorbing the pressure, not letting Saint Louis get great chances. They might have a couple of fine chances, but nothing's great. And then all right, now a couple minutes before the half, let's go forward, let's throw numbers

forward, let's get offensively. And that's why you see really the best sequences, including that chance from roll they're right at the moment that it hit forty five, where I mean really rolls twenty yards from goal without a Saint Louis defender, really directly in front of him. That is a shot that he's going to think about later tonight. At this match in zero zero. Oh

absolutely. And another thing we keep talking about, these these new objectives that Brian Schmetzer has been giving the team, both personally and as a team as a whole. One of the ones that he's really specifically been talking to me about since the match in Portland is how they're breaking down matches by forty five minutes each half, and their goal is to either well, their goal is to win each half. At this point, we're at a draw, but

it's a scoreless draw, and it's a shutout draw. That's a waiting so that is a huge win on the road. If it remains like this, it's one point, which is what we know historically is what the Sounders always go after on road contests, especially in a place like Saint Louis where they have only given up five matches at home in a season and a half that they've been playing amazing Sounders right now in Saint Louis, even if zero will

come back. On the halftime show, we'll give you the Sounders bench and talk about some keys for the second half where maybe the Sounders can get three points out of this one. If not in one, we'll talk about that next on Sports Radio ninety three point three KJRFM for behind the scenes content and exclusive access to Sounders FC and Defiance. Welcome back to the halftime show, Sounder, Saint Louis City. Even at zero right now, really quickly, we'll take a look at the Sounders bench. Michelle taking a look at that bench, a lot of guys who you know were big in the two to one Open Cup comeback win on Wednesday. You know that they're feeling good after that game, and we'll see what Brian Schminzer can add from that group onto this field

in a zero zero game. You can see at the end of the first half that he had his subs his bench up, warming up and getting ready. That's something that you don't always see at the actual end of the first half. A lot of times they don't come back out until halftime to really start getting warm up, And I think that's sending a signal to his starters that you know what, if you're not giving me what we need right now,

I'm going to pull you. Something that Brian Schemester's always been so honest and so forthread about is that he wants his players to give them one hundred

percent all the time and go until you can't go anymore. I don't know if we've necessarily seen that yet from any of the players that are on the pitch in the starting eleven tonight, and so I think if we don't see some kind of change, some kind of action a little bit more on the attacking side within the first twenty minutes of play, I would expect some substitutions. Well, we know Christian played a lot in that Open Cup game.

We know Alice came on and played and scored. Obviously, Cody Baker played, jackson O Reagan played. So we'll see what Brian Spencer decides to do here with his bench here in the second half where we're looking to get a smash and grab three points, even one point on the road. I think any of us will always take a point on the road. So we'll see how this thing breaks down over the next forty five minutes. Sucker on Sports Radio ninety three point three kJ R FM, Welcome back Sounders Fans City Park in downtown Saint Louis. Players are back out on the field Sounders in their anniversary kit. They're attacking the goal to our left in this second half Saint Louis all red as brudy As gets the second half going. As Jackson Reagan knocks the ball long, ball bounces around left hand side. Now with Rosznak caught about the changes that Brian Schmetzer will be demanding his players,

it's his big time players need to step up find the game. One of these is Jordan Morris. Ball goes into the foot of Rosnak, another one of those players that needs to find the second half onto the foot of Vassela closed down by Cody Baker has been quietly effective as he just clips the ball back to Jackson Reagan. So as the ball goes back to Stepan Fry Steve, you've been in a locker room many a time in games like this,

environments like this, what's Brian Schmetz said to his team. I think it had been a positive team talk, say, look, the game's there for the taken. We can win this. We've kind of taken their best punch. It's good, it's mine. If we haven't seen before the press spoke about it's going to be there. Stop giving away silly passes and if we can do a bit more in the final five I mean four shot attempts a zero shots on goal. That's not good enough to win a game,

so of course, and no improvement in the attack in half. This game is there for the taking. For the soundings. As we look out on

the field, some personnel changes doesn't look like let's get you. The eleven are sitting out certly the second half seven frying goal like four Roll, Don Ye, Mark, Reagan, Baker, Christian Rolldanb's starting on their right hand side, we Vargas and JP in the middle of the park, Christian on the right hand side, Albert in the ten, Marris on the left, and then Rudy as up Frank Bullen's the further Cody Baker goes down piter By

Totland, you're signing the offseason a number of years in Scandinavia experience right back. It's gonna be a thrown for the Sounders on this near side, the left with Cody Baker lull his hands as he got to toss it along. They met her up. Jackson Reagan make his way up, just like Tim Parker did for Saint Louis's long throws. Cody Baker just launches the ball in

long just cleaned way by. Tim Parker finds some foot of Yemr's gonna roll at five yards square to Rosadeck has to go back due to the pressure of Saint Louis stepping outside of that box. Bddy Baker has it. It's bundled over by Tottland. Tell me the referee he got the ball. Sounds retained possession of foul given. Shifts to the far side the right Sounders the green shirts, blue shorts, white socks anniversary kit attacking the goal to our left,

Saint Louis in all red. I'll get you their lineup just a moment more than the foot of Christian rolled on. We talked about the rotation of Christian and Obed are coming out in this second in half as we open and JP starting in the middle of the park, Jackson felt already gave up the bench. We'll get to that as well shortly. But that man JP just got knocked on the ball. It's going to be a yellow card and SGB yellow card. When a foul is called SG, the trial lawyers are here

to help visit SGB dash law dot com. That was Jerkin in the top four in MLS this season a fouls committed new course right up there with yellow

cards received. Is serving no suspension after that too, yellow card situation against Vancouver after missing the RSL game just a couple of weeks ago, through his fifth yellow card in a suspension because of that, all gets flipped over the top by arm Locks down this near channel on the left put clear by Jackson Reagan, but Steve execution the vial third has been the focus this season. It's been a struggle at times, a little bit struggle this first half.

What the Sounders need to do to get the likes of Jordan Morris more involved in Albert rosneck You've got at times also ask those players to take the onus on themselves. Albert's gon go and find the ball as the Jordan. Listen, if I was playing on the left hand side and I've had six touches it in a half, I'm gonna go and find a ball. I'm gonna move around. I'm going to demand the board, Cody Bacon, and next time you get you give it to me. So I think something. You

want to see the players at times take that on themselves. But there's only so much that the staff can do or branch me as I can do, your teammates can do. At times, you've got to do it yourself. And I want to see that a bit more because Albert Ross and that has got to get on the board and the game must go through him. He's a lifeline to Rudiez. We also haven't seen so far in this half. But as long as this no nil and those guys are underpitch, you still

feel there is a chance to steal something here. Jackson Reagan just slashes a leg, Referee gives no foul. Fans aren't happy with it. Jackson Reagan just hesitated for a sport second us for a good old fashioned fifty to fifty. It was just a split second late, brought down Klaus Referee gave nothing fhen the ball of Totland knocks it down the line off the knee of Reagan. Then he hooks it long board bounces, combination of Bloom Durkin bounced off

the face of Durkin. It just got a yellow card. So both Bloom and Jerking now on yellow cards. It's the center of the field should be a place to sounded to potentially expose. We're just looking down on that monitor. Klaus went down and looked like there was no touch things that go on, and there was no touches antsippeting. That a touch of coming from Jackson Reagan. Jackson does like a nice swinger, but he missed the board and

the man and Jackson's letting him know that he wasn't dying. So that was the right call by the ref. I don't think Klaus was diving too conder ref. I think he thought the touches come in. It never came and what that happens. That's not a felt Klaous just remonstrating with the referee as Blum goes off the fielding the blood in the face or check who know, now no chances on concussions. I was going to walk off the field.

It wasn't a yellow card, but it could be a concussion check, so likely it will be a two minute delay for him to get back on the field. The EMLSS that have introduced some of these changes, one of them being if a play goes down medical stuff comes on, if it's not a concussion, if it's not a yellow card from that collision, they have to go off for two minutes. So it's definitely encouraging the players to get back on their feet, even though their own players are encouraging their teammates to get

back up so they don't go down to man. So think the sounder is down there, started left, Tim Parker just bunding over it. Jordan Morris, that's not an easy thing to do. Jordan Morris had big boy good touch by Klaus good tracking back by Christian wild Arm even off that right hand side, getting tucked all the way in sees the danger. We mentioned it even in pregame. Steve just that's the experience you get from Christy. He knows where to go at the eight times. Yeah, he's a player who,

especially off the board, he can do two or three jobs. I think for a lot of the years that Nico and Darrell was successful here. It's because Christian Dune used to cover him so well defensively that Nico had the freedom to go around and roam and move around. And he does that for Albert Rusnack. Now he does that for JP a times. He has a good sense of whether danger may show up and he gets there first. JP quick throw by Ruy Diaz. All center of the field is going to clip

to this near side the left towards the end line. Is Cody Bacon much more involved down this left hand side in the second half. In the first six minutes nil nil here at City Park, Saint Louis, Sounders dominating possessions, still sixty percent of the game. It's all important execution. The final third has been lacking for the Sounders, but nil nil away from home in a place like Saint Louis, where they've had seventeen wins in the year end

change of MLS existence, tough place to play. All farst side the right with the EMA let's get you the Saint Louis lineup Burkie, Totland, Parker, Nielsen and Hebert in the back four. It's Bulling and Dirking, both on yellow carts in the middle, Old Vassala, Prompeu and then Joe Klaus up front. Ball into that man. Vassala tries to turn out of pressure. Christian rolled On goes down. JP has a chance to make a tackle a part of a challenge. Both bounces around, picked up by Totland.

It's gonna whip it towards the back post. That seems to be is cross of choice. So where a bunch of times in that first half and it just clicks the ball picked up by Pompeio far side one on one inside the box that you've preferred right foot will blocked out by combination of rolled On and Vargas Nielsen. Down the left hand side, it's Hebert and then Pompeiu.

Here's Hebert. Ball into the box to Dirkin to blun Tim Parker getting involved in our twenty five yards from gold, it's dead center rolls it out for this near sight to and to own sounderers just holding that top of their box. Eleven men behind the ball. Loose ball by Tim park A good combination between JP, wrote Ruydiez and Roznak. JP does a great job, riggles out of pressure, grads it Cornell up on his feet remonstrating with the referee.

It's good free kick for the Sounder's here fifty fifth minute, ninety three point three KGr FM. Wherever you're listening to us, thanks for joining us. Boisterous City Park Stadium in Saint Louis. Sounders bending not breaking so far, it remains nil nil. See a quick little view of both Ruidiaz and Klaus. It's pretty amazing some of the stats. Rudias obviously tops goal scorer for the Sounders, picked it up this year bypassed Montera, but continues to

lead in so many categories. One more year on his contract, but he's done himself no harm at all in the manner in which he started the season. Ball goes into the foot of Alex Roldan Bargas just driving forward inside the box. Can he cut it back? Clips it? One decision by Vargas. Strike just wide by Alex rold on top of the box door kick rais no on neil with Steve zac Quarni. Another good chance for the Sounders. I mean he's done the hardest part here. Albert Vargas tongue in the corner

is defender gets inside the box. Just watch, Rudia said Ruthias. Ah, he's gotta pay it along the ground, lifted in the air and give the defensive group a chance to get back in position and attack it. Great work by Albert Vargas. But that last little bit there, when you get inside the box, you gotta pay that across the ground because anything can happen. A deflection, defenders running towards their own gold. You had Rudiaz to pulled away to the six yard box. Something Charles A round Bobs, I'm

trying to lift it. Build in the channel to Klaus. Good cover by Yamar. We've got in behind Jackson Reagan, but this fellow teammate A should expect to hope for comes behind him. And this time as Yama cleared his lines, Sounders is able to drop back in. Now as it rolled over the end line, corner kick for Saint Louis. Crowd on their feet as Pompeo comes over this in their side the rights. Fifth corner kick for Saint Louis. In this game, sound is only able to manufacture one corner kick

so far. Sounds holding their six and Solal Playboy look to the head of what is Nielsen looks up all over the top goal kick for the Sounders remains here in the fifty seventh minute Neil nil So friendly Cornell making a change early in the second half. It's Vassila, who lively at times in the attacking third of the field, who comes off the field and then Thorson is going to come on and we'll see if it's a lightful like switch Vassileft played in

that with drawn striker number ten or roll. Maybe Thorston is going to play a more conventional second strike alongside Klaus. We've seen them play a fourth or two at times. A dinner on former Sounders player were got a breakout year last year. He's sitting on the bench as well. Two goals in his

campaign in twenty four. Eight goals in his campaign last year. Really that eight goals was from about half the season, as he took some time off away on loan, came back, got a chance and then took him with both hands. We come Saint Louis down this right hand side ball. The foot of Parker is going to clip it down the line to top and just holds up, finds Dirky right corner of the box, cuts it back to that man. Thorson stuffs the shot while blocked by the sounders like a little

later close down. That's what Dirk and end line cuts it back amar right place, right time, then cool as you like JP Rosneck build out a pressure or played by the two experienced players where it's not just wriggles free. Tim Parker coming back, can't catch him, flicks it to Alex rolled on the far side. But you want that kind of combination to be in the

other third of the field, in the attacking third of the field. Yeah, and you can sense the games get into the moment who once begin to open up a little bit the kind of sound as balling was rude is just offside? Who's it? Brawli in eighteen yards of space? Did roll down, roll down to roll it into and just couldn't play it past that first defender, and it comes Saint Louis in transition has bloom far side the left and too POMPEII who closed down by Alex rolled on, little team by Vargas.

Limar just rolls it calmly back, finds the foot of rolled On, took his eye off the board, rolls under its foot over the headline. That's gonna be a chronikit for Saint Louis, some moment of hesitation switched off for a split second, has hope for the Sounders. It's not gonna be costing. It's gonna be Pompeii far side there, left with his right foot, crowd into it. Feel it. Moy's level in this stadium consistently imagine me of England, and there's no other way to see. It's brilliant.

It's a great amosphere, make it for a great game, very evenly poised here waiting for a very good same minutes plus off his time here, Nick, and as Pompeii with his right foot, one arm up in the air, steps forward, whips it in right on top of a step on fire, He'll take that all day, easily plucked out the air, step on fry, digged out and all yellow tonight captain of the team was picked up that captaincy last year, and La Dara decided just to pass it off and

focus on his own game the second half of the season. So Louis goes slowly building. We talked about the conference standing Sounder's intent position coming into tonight's game, Saint Louis in ninth, so regarding this result so far, nothing's going to change, But there are games going around the league, and we'll get some of those results as they come in. Wis some conference, of

course, typically starts a little bit later. Sounders on their travels today get a five thirty Pacific time starting a change, read Baker Whiting were thinking about the change that Brian would make. Read Baker Whiting on his slow journey back from his absence, it's going to get a run out on this left back spot lightful like switch. Steve certainly Read brings in another attacking bit of flare down the left hand side, and he showed it so well the back end

of last year. Yeah, and I think that's why he's come on here. He can push that said Lewis backline back further a little bit more. Maybe the cordy Baker was able to do to the sound has got to get numbers into the attack. I'm not being able to get any numbers into the attack. Looking is Pompeio against rolled On just a decent job. Tell you, Alex rolled On, who was just a little bit hesitated just for a split second, and he was almost half a second late with the clearance,

almost caught the leg of Pompeio inside the box got away with it. Watching ever replay here. Yeah, but it's a second time in as many minutes he's been sloppy defensive with the Alex rod done and you can't afford that in this kind of game where it's nil nil, even he ploys if the game ends now you take the point and you go, but you don't want to give it away. And it sounds now the mistakes in the back line beginning to creep in and just giving the crowd a lot of energy here and that's

what send Lewis feeds on a lot. Yeah, that's not not what you want to do for the Sounders away from home talked about the combination of direct play and building out of the back. Sounders just need us sometimes just put their foot behind. It's been a couple of mistakes by Alex Roldan, maybe

it's a little fatigue. All rolls through to seven Fry Nemar just talking to the referee, talking to JP and this is Steve Is when maybe step Froan Fry needs to take on his captain leadership position as he does right now, pushes back for our clear as lines start to maybe challenge the ball further up

the field. Yeah, push the Linds up, get numbers into the attack, because you may not win the first one, but can you win that second Bard because right now the sound is too dropping deeper and deeper and deeper, inviting the pressure on. And at some point you give any team, especially your home team, that many chances has some pointed up on a shoe bill gets cleared up and away. Jackson Reagan challenges looks like an elbow by

own nothing given by the referee. Six foot five body is Jackson Reagan big boy, whereas not getting frustrated, Sounders need to get their foot in the ball that dominates the possession. It feels like Saint Louis are starting to get themselves right back into this game. Son had been threatening in the attacking third of the field. Sounders continued to struggle at times, testing Burkie twelve shots on the game. So far for Saint Louis, Sounders only can manufacture five,

but I think a couple of good enough chances. The second half, as the ball goes into the foot of Torresen, the challenged by Reed Baker, Whiting goes back to Tim Parker's getting more involved from his center back position. His rolls at square far side the left is Heber in support. Is Pompeio, closed down by Alex Roldy is going to clip it in, headed up and away by Red Baker, Whiting picked up by Parker, chested it down Dirking challenging the ball with JP. That's what you need from the center

midfield player. This is foot right through it but clipped in by Saint Louis, cushion headed by Klaus. Top of the box. Totland goes in to Thorisen strike took a little deflection, one hopper into the chest of Fright here in the sixty fourth minute sounds nil. It's one way traffic and the precious building and the sounder. You do to see the sound as back line dropping deeper and deeper. They're almost on top of Stephen Fry when this final trust

comes in from Saint Louis. So I feel the sound of you've got to found a way to get your line up, edge your line up, give some breathing room between the back line. It's Stephen Fry because right now that many numbers in the box. It takes one deflection, one mistake, and Saint Louis to find themselves a goal up and they probably feel they've done enough right now to deserve to be ahead. The sound is not offering much at all by way of attack, but still no nil and a long way to

go still. The sound as FC Soccer is presented by prominent Swedish official healthcare partner Sounders FC VXS Reagan has its center of the field comes to this near sight the left. I think they go out to go shortenge. Jordan Morris manages to recovery and originally checked in to go long. To's challenged by Bread Baker Wise that was a crunching challenge. You could hear it right through and Klaus felt the full impact over there as he rolls off the field quite on

the ship. I mean that was a fair challenge. Referee gave no fail fifty to fifty and you can hear Brian Schmiz and maybe on the microphone, good job read he will smile inside. He might not do it right now because Klaus is static laying right in front of him, but it was a hell of a challenge and you can see it. Come in and read it is not one to put out of a tackle. It's fair. He goes in very strongly. Klaus kind of tries to clear the board and he goes

right through Read as well. But nothing wrong with that at all. It's a strong, strong tackle by Reid. I'm not even sure how much contact he actually makes with Klaus there. As I say in England, that's a proper challenge. Is it really really is? It really is nothing in that at all. But one thing is plauses off the pitch and the ref stopped the game. I've never yeah, I was a bit surprised by that, but it happened to I think the last game as well, when the referee

stopped the play. I think it was actually against Phoenix. Referee stopped the play for no reason. It was down to the putting it out. No, yeah, neither players set of players put the ball out. The referee decided to stop it. It wasn't a head injury pick on the Sounders. Now with Rosnak just clips it into Christian roll down, flicks over in the

back of the that it goes out of nothing. It was Christian rolled down on the right hand side, crosses the ball, takes a wicked deflection and over Berkie and in the back of the that it goes it's Sailor's nil Sounders one. Well, sometimes it's better to be lucky than to be good, and this is one of those old cages there. I don't think Christian when it's left his foot, he's expected to see the ball and up in the back of the net. It was good play by Albert Russnak and Christian he's

trying to cross that and it takes the deflection. So here's the play and he rolled down brassing to Albert Russknack. He does really, really well. Their crafty and Christian's trying to cross that. He's trying to get that across into rudiazl into Jordan Morris takes a wicked deflection and then balloons and rainbows over the goalkeeper who has no charge and the Sounders out absolutely nothing, find themselves one they want. But it's about time the founders from something go their way.

That's a good fortune one n as Jimmy Grieves, the famous old Spurs player said, it's a funny old game is football? He really is, he really is. You just you need to earn that little better luck. They've really rolled their sleeves up tonight. They've played well, they've possessed the ball, still have fifty eight percent possession. We'll see Bills. It's gonna go down as an own goal, but we'll see it for Albert Rosnick, who'd have fed the ball to Christian rolled On. I'm not sure if you

get an assist on that. We'll see what MLS do. But either way, eventually, when you get players like Rossnick on the ball and the attacking third of the field, good things gonna happen. And that was it for the first time. More game. Put the board up under half turn outside the eighteen yard box, love you little not Negg and the offender finds Christian

road On out wide inside the box. These are eras where the Sounders guys have not been often enough this afternoon, and that's why you want him there. And the Christian again, he's trying to get a boot inside to Rudiaz. Yeah, Jordan Morris and theirs will take to the deflection. Goalkeeper had no chance and the sound has now some to hold on to you. But

it's final twenty five minutes or so well on the season. Moving down on the Saint Louis bench, it's like maybe he's Eel Jackson's gonna come on the field. We'll see what changes Bradley Carnell will make. Get here in the sixty ninth minute City Park, Saint Louis, downtown Saint Louis and for wicked deflections on Christian Roaldan cross out of nothing, the Sounders find themselves in the lead here one goal to nil. Now it's about defending valiantly. We'll see

how the Sounders will manage the rest of this game. Just over twenty minutes of regular time to go balling behind here Jordan Morris, he's got a chance. One be Wire takes a chance. Then in the back of the let it goes quick fire. Why the Sounders a one two punch and it's Jordan Morris who goes in on goal and calmly places it past Burkie into the back of the net. Saint Louis Neil Sounders too well, how quickly things can change. And that is as good a goal as a sound as I've scored

all season look long. From a team perspective, everything about this was perfect. The initial pass from Christian Rodan into Rudias Rounds layoff is fantastic, one touch and as soon as Albert Russner picks the board up, Jorona Morris takes off and you're not gonna catch him, and I love the composure here one

v one wait until the last moment to pick his spot. Gold People does really well, stays big for a long time, but Jordan Morris pissy spot plays them right around the goalkeeper and the Sounders now double their lead with a really really Ron Watson goal. What's the crowd noise you hear? It's definitely not a celebration of Jordan Morris's goal. It's the introduction of Leuvin then number ten fourteen as system. This year, last year, Levin comes on,

O comes off. Radley Cornell started to make his moves. He was ready to make it when the Sounders were up one goal to nil, didn't they starts a foul given on Christian Waldon didn't look much depressed by the Sounders.

We'll see how Levin can influence his team now as a Sounders leading two goals to nil, two quick fire goals and maybe Rosneck's ball into Christian Walden for the first Wooden counts and assist that certainly did that all goes in behind the Thoris and Georgian like great recovery by Reed, Baker writing asking for a goal kick like Reed knocked it off the shin of Thorson. It's going to be

a corner kick though for Saint Louis. It's an important that's five minutes here, because if you have to inspect that Sat Louis are gonna come with everything. They have to try and get that first one back to half the deficit. The Sounders have to try and keep this at too Nolf for as long as possible, and let's sen Lewis get more and more desperate at the clock

winds down. At very important next five minutes coming up. It's gonna be that man Levin one hand up outswinger with his right foot, that's near side the right whipsiting cop pulling the six headed up and away, slashed by Pompeo, missed right by Thorst and blocked by of all people who redis is gonna chase after it with Berkie rolls down the line the far side the left of Pompeiu. He but in supported boxing him with his right foot headed clear by

Read Baker Whiting. Great play by Royal Reds could feel the pressure of Nielsen coming in behind takes the pressure goes down. Free kick for the sounds and their half for the field. Now they can burn some valuable seconds off the clock. Stevesack oneing, Yeah, and we spoke a lot about Albert russ and I you need to step up the pressure on him and Jordan Morrow,

and they've done that. It's those guys. It was Christian Rodune, it was Albert rus Knife, it was rud Diaz and Jordan Morris all involved in the gold. And we've spoke for so long about how good they look on paper. Well, that was how good they could look on the pitch because that was a very very well worked team goal. And now bu us Let a particular of heavily involved involved the Sounder's gold. And that's what you need from your number ten Prebaker white and good flick by Jordan Morris. And now

he's got some space down the left channel going towards the endline. Leve trying to catch him. She runs over the endline, did it? And I think give him on the refield, the assistant a referee saying it was to get a habit from the foot of Parker in this right channel eighteen years from his endline goes to love and they start to build. Let's give you another

sub for Saint Louis. There was blood that came off the field. The zeal Jackson more of an offensive player comes on the field, and set Levin might step alongside Dirk in middle of the park and be more of a playmaker than that duo. Jackson just stepping up the line. He playing as at number ten, so Techi moves by Bradley Carnealosy. You'd imagine down two goals nil here against the Sounders, Sanders having scored nine goals on their travels,

this year's call it eleven goals on their travels. Now they're gonna defend valiantly here in these final seventeen minutes or so, seventy fourth minute ticking by Saint Louis nil, Saunders nil, ninety three point three KGRFM. As the ball goes in behind Thorston, he made a run between Alex rolder on and Emar goes past him over the end line and Thorston is going to chase after the

ball. Sephan Flei slowly walks picks one up. That's gonna put it on a six yard box, and you'd expect Steve he's gonna push his lines up and maybe not this lot. Yeah, and that's exactly what the Sounders have to do. Now. You've got to play the percentages and that means now get the ball into the tech and half as much as possible. Noneed to play anything fancy at the back. All the pressure now is on Saint Louis.

They have to go for it. And what that means is as they get more aggressive, there's gonna be gaps opening up, so they won't be chances for the Sounders to extend their leader. They don't have to, but the longer San Luis they has zero, they'll get a bit more desperate and they'll create more space in behind them midfield line, in front of the back line for the lives of Rudiaz and Jordan Murray to actually get more on the board and create more chances. When you try and script out and away game,

you want to control tempo with best you can. It's difficult, especially at points like this. Sounders have done that. They're winning the possession battle right now and then when you get a chance and they will come in too many numbers. When you get a chance, you have to execute it. So far, the Sounders have done that. They have innocent love, good fortune for that first goal, absolutely, but that second goal, there was

nothing lucky about that. It was absolutely fantastic football. I just love the layoff from Rudiaz. It's so soubtle, the way of passing it to Root to it o Rus Smack who was ables them to re run and Jordan Morris playing in behind. You had all your key attacking guys involved, and so go that will please Precky a lot who watched that attacking group a lot there. And he's just a glimpse of what they can do when they're all singing

from the same hymn book. Sounders have a middle of the field thirty yards from Gold with Joe Power. Instead of going fort he goes back to Yama available now Mr goes square to Jackson Reagan. That's not where you want miscontrol. It comes Jackson through the field. The Ama is gonna step in price and cover strike into the hands of Seth, fro and Fry. And that's what Jackson Reagan does not need to do. He almost got caught in the

first off of his vassal when he called him back. He slightly just longchalong and there's that fine balance between being composed and looking a little bit sloppy. Yeah, that's number one. And number two I cannot believe as has not passed u Klaus there. I'm absolutely shocked that once he cuts inside he has the Brazilian running alongside him, Oscar A shot from twenty class was in and so the sound is Jackson Reagan in particular, a massive let off. And

now you learn from that that can happen again next time. Become Jackson Reagun. First time the bring into the space edge, you line up good pressure by Rosnek on his near side the left and knock it out for a throwing for Saint Louis. I'll see what changes Brian Schmetz will make. Let's get you the bench. It's gonna be Musovski, Keita Haa, Rock, Rock, Tevez, Labor Kohlanikosa, Rienzi, Stuart Hawkins and then of course Andrew

Thomas is backup goalkeeper. So a couple of changes now Mussovski and Kilani. What an elevation Kilane has made in the last couple of weeks, gets his goal, the winning goal against Phoenix, and now he's good standing alongside Brian Schmetz. Are ready to come on in a high pressure game. Here Sunder's winning two last three games away from home, and they made that three out

the last four. And they would skip by Saint Louis in the standings, the feil by the Sounders and they said, Louis half of the field where three. I don't know why the referee is not allowing the Sounders to make a substitution. The ball goes down the line, they am marks shoulder, the shoulder rolls off. Pompeo goes over the end line. Good defending by the Sounders center back. It's gonna be a goal kick here in the seventy

eighth minute Saint Louis neil Sounders too. See's that Quanti and that's just good defending there by yea, my Pompeo, I mean you're clutching that straws off and for a foul there shoulders the shoulder. That's the strength of yeah, my noise, it looks like a fire. That's just because of how strong yem actually is. And now the Sounders of a chance to get some much of your fresh legs into the game. Rode paid a good shift. You didn't go on the score sheet today. Had a very good shift, as

did job Party as well. Heaut really got ninety minutes anymore these days, but those two veteran players Sunny played their role in what he's looking like a Sounders win, as long as they can hold on for his final twelve thirteen minutes plus office time. Well, Kiloney Cosa Rienzi comes on the field. I think us his debut for the Sounders in MLS. He's gonna slide on that right hand side. It's gonna be rolled on and Vargas who are gonna

sit in the middle. Usosky coursed a likeful like switch. So far, so good for the Sounds. The ball get to launch down this near side. Lawson goes down. Assist referees that right there, gives a goal kick nothing, no foul reb Baker White. He tries to give a high five to Thors and he's having none of it as he jogs by. Youthful exuberance by Rebaker Whiting, expecting his his number twenty nine is playing against to give

him a high five. Nothing given Rebaker Whiting. Is so far, so good by Sounders player first twenty minutes on the field and a really not job on that left back, been involved offensively, defensively done a really good job as well. So Klani's gonna slide on that right hand side, played right

back against Phoenix, moved up a line. Within a couple of minutes of him moving up a line is when he scored his his goal, his winning goal against Phoenix, rising Jordan mor Is just slowing the game down where he's gonna walk up, gonna take this through right in front of Brian Schmitzer. It comes Vargas middle of the Park's gonna shift it to the far side the

right as colony sits in that. Well done, we'll get it. And there's Clian's first touch as an MLS player, throwing for Saint Louis farst side there left. But let's copyrighted. Audio casts of Major League Soccer may not be retransmitted, reproduced, or rebroadcast without the express written consent of Major League Soccer. Or gets headed out and away by Jackson Reagan. It's more like it the fence burst, take no chances as and manyemark comes in, good

loss, spin by Kilan and almost the ball through. It's gonna be a yellow carns. He knocked the ball away. Well, it's a quick introduction to his MLS career. Steps it well, kicks the ball away. This was close and oh man, wow was a handboard Probably probably was a cross and then yes, yellow card for kicking the ball away. Yeah, Kilani's gonna care careful. Almost made a foul bollards the foot of Klaus. Stephan and Fry comes out. Klaus is gonna this, Sephan FRI's a little frustrated.

Thing's a trailing leg by Klaus. That's what Stephan and Fries frustrated about.

Speaking to the referee. That's just yeah. I think Klaus had no chance of getting there, but he does make contact with Steph Fry, so it was a little Yeah he left his foot, yes, absolutely right of because class there's no chance again this Deph has the born in hands, class needs his foot in nerves are absolutely correct to be a little bit aggrieved are Stephan Frey well up into Masoska, goes up, falls into Tim Parker,

Bill bouncing around clin By Vargas up and away. But sound has found if Sounders FC scores any time after the eighteenth minute during a home match, we'll have the chance to win free Lasik surgery from sharp vision Modern Lacy can lens sign up today at Sounders fc dot com slash laser focus. It comes thors and down the right hand side, or goes in top of the box to Pompeu. It's gonna slide to Klaus the left corner of the box closed down

by Alex Roldan Lane just in support. It's going to close down Levin substitute fourteen assists on his season last year for the Klouds. Is going to wriggle free try to strike block by Vargas. Learning's gonna pick up a whipping a lot bounces back in that bunce. Saint Lewis ran back in it. There's a ball that came into the parks from love and scooted through a body of players. Who finds the bottom corner of Stephan Foy's net. There's definitely came

on now Saint Louis one, Sounders two. Yeah, and you can hear the crowd reaction there. The home team now believe. And that's why there was a big chair when Loven came on, because he has that quantity all after noon long. They've missed the quality of the final first. But this cross comes into a very dangerous area. There was good sustained pressure by Saint Louis. It has to be said the Sounders couldn't quite clear the lines.

We're gonna look at the replay right now. And as this ball comes in the Sounders don't react well and he gets inside read Baker white and there I think it was. And that touch there do Stephen Fry no chance whatsoever. The leaders be halfed to one, gave one. There comes Saint Louis straight off the kick. Here they come down the right hand side with Jackson into the channel. It goes that Thorus and who's let's try and wriggle free of

read Baker Writon does a really nice job. Let's go of the end line. There's a sound as a rest spite goal kick here in the eighty fourth minute. Saint Louis one, Sounders two ninety three point three KGr FM. It's been a arm storm of a game in a lot of ways. Crowds into it, it's loud, it's boisterous. Sounders need to hold on now. Done well in their travels in recent weeks, winning in Philadelphia, winning

in Portland, two very difficult places to play and get results. Or goes along Tim Parker wins the aerial battle with Jordan Morris from Rossneck step in that turns his bag. He saw Steve Bryan Schwetz putting his arms out and not hoping that Rosneck would just stick a foot in there. He had a chance to that fifty fifth three Baker watching showed the way. And it's gonna be those smart thing to take you over the edge now because you have to understand

the home team. They're gonna have a fresh pair of fresh pair of legs, a lot of energy. This goal lifts the whole stadium, lifts that group and they're gonna push. They're gonna believe not only can they tie this game, but they can actually win the game. And a lot of time left on o'clock. And for the Sounders, you have to just compete this next eight minutes or so plus stopper time, we're we're gonna get. You have to compete. How bad do you want to pick up the three points

here? It's gonna be a free kick for Saint Louis on their left hand side, they're attacking the goal to our right were five six yards in from the far sideline. It was Jamar went down in a tackle they necessarily needed to do it. Took down class. The other Sounders are gonna defend a really dangerous free kick. When you got a player like Levin on the ball deadly right foot, he has whips it then holding their line just two yards

inside their eighteen yard box. Tim Parker is floating on the back post and comes Nielsen ball in seven five punches away. Good decision rolls out in this near side the right, eighteen yards from the corner, flag throwing for Saint Louis. All the Sounders players back to defend. Now Mussovski then number nine, sitting on top of his own box as he starts to put some pressure

on Levin, who's slotted him well. Trailing laid by Mussovsky just needs to be careful or gets whipped in towards the back stick, headed up and away by Alex, rolled on. Pompeio picks it up left corner of the box, tries to drive past Alex, rolled down, cleared by his brother Christy

on top of the box. Levin takes it off his chest. Big powerful player German number ten, German Youth International Nurnberg Berth of Berlin Ogsburg bocham Or gets flipped in by Nielson to goalscorer at Totland right corner of the box, goes in foot around the corner, load nudge by Jackson Reggan, nothing given by the referee. Here comes Jordan Morrison transition Mussovski's to his right. Is he gonna have a chance? Sport goes into Mussovsky top of the box,

strikes it, palsy wide. What a chance for Danny Mussovski that would have put the game away. In the eighty seventh minute, it goes wide. It's goal. Kick means Saint Louis one, Sounders two and per Michelle Ludka, she said, Danny Musovski is due have gone. The stats read it as half a goal every ninety minutes. It's been just over that period of time, so it would have been perfect timing for Mussovsky to find his goal. That's Rothrock's gonna come on for Alex Roldan. You'd expect Kilane now to

drop back into right back. Rothrock gonna slide on that right midfield spot to see how these final minutes of the game. Can the Sounders hold out? Can they bend now and not break? They're gonna see some sustained pressure from Saint Louis. Not used to losing here. Sounders last year winning two. There are two games against Saint Louis to nil. Here. He was in decision day in twenty twenty three. They're leading right now two goals to one.

Totland's going to run up and take his time. It's going to be a long throw seen us in the first half. All men inside the eighteen yard box include Musofsky. Top of the box here is the ball goes in, cleared by Red Baker. Whiting hooked her out and over the near touch line for another throw. Goes short this time so Burkey's standing inside the Sounders half of the field. Is the Saint Louis goalkeeper. He's going to launch it long to the back poster was Tim Parker headed up and away by Yama,

picked up by Pompeu roth Rock closing the ball down overgoes Pompeu. Sounders need to clear their lines. Sat Lewis have it top corner of the box. Ball goes in. Eventually it's the amar Uses that experience left foot hacks it clear, goes over with the far touch line for a throwing right now anywhere would do for the sound has just got to get a foot in it, clear it away. The pressure's beginning to build and there's still enough time

to go here. Two minutes off normal time plus what you've got to assume, we'll get at least three four minutes of stoppage time here and it's one way traffic. I send you. It's going looking front of Equalize up. The sound is so far standing strong, but the pressure is mounting. Going to the foot of free Baker Wie, he can just clips to his left

foot down the line into some space hosted Nielsen to come over. He clip cleans things up, pops it to top and standing in front of head coach Bradley Carnell, who's just patrolling his technical area, demanding a bit more from his players. So they have four red shirts lining at top of the eighteen yard box Nails. Jackson has it fast side the left wriggles free of Rothrock Killaney plots them down POMPEII, who's on a yellow card. He has to

be a little bit careful now. His final minutes all goes back to Niels, who just clips to the outside of his foot. Flicked on by Tim Park who's getting more involved. Colanney heads it up and away off the chest of Levin. Good play by Vargas, just clips it down the line. Can Masoski get there. It's gonna roll down. Nielsen's going to clean it up. Play it to Hebert far side the left. He's gonna launch it along with his right foot in behind. Good play by Yama reads the ball

and the play very very well. Coline just runs into a little bit of trouble, eventually bailed out somewhat by Christian, rolled on hooked, cleared by Yema, but again as Steve as I quit of mentioned all one way traffic right now, Pompeo has it fast side the left, closed down by a

combination of kilane and rock rock. Good play by Colonie. Tries to bundle over Pompeo possession retained by Saint Louis with Levin on their left hand side's and a whip it in with his left foot comes off the shin Lewis Klaney goes over for throwing back in. Quickly there comes to Zeel Jackson, pressure by Vargas. Vargas playing alongside Christian world ar middle of the park. Now foot in by Kilaney is Jackson just a wriggle free rash challenged by Rothwrog didn't need

to do that. The Sounders number fourteen five minutes of at a time, and when you've got a right foot like Loven, this is a very dangerous area to give up a foul. He's very dangerous, saying, I'm just wondering. That's not need to go to ground here. The ball goes out wide. You can see once you win the board and be first, but it's a really bad challenge. Jenner's just outside the box and now's close. There's one hundred percent of free kick and with the quality that I love and

I short already already has one assist. We've got fourteen last season. This is not where you want the board for the Sounders. Sounders try to give their goalkeeper Fry as much space as he can as they hold about eight yards from sepron. Fries go learning with his right foot left corner of the box. It's gonna be whipped in with pace with his right foot. All ten outfield players are just hanging inside or top of the box. It comes leven two steps. He's gonna whip it in with his right foot. That was

as close as you got right at the goal. Goalkick Sounders remains Sata Luis one Sounders too, but steve both our hearts in our mouth from that one, because that's a really good board and it's just begging for a touch, any touch on a red shirt. Thankfully for the Sounders there is no touch on it. But you can't really serve a better ball than this very difficult

to defend goal keep a conquite come. Oh wow, that's really really close to sound of survive brilliant ball by Levin Sounders and it's just survived this one. It's gonna be Stephan Fry top of the six. He's gonna launch it along from a goalkick minute thirty gone of five clicks away by Tim Parker. It's gonna be a thrown for the Sounders. Branch just telling his team to slow down. Well, the rave it back home to take on Whales Salt

Lake on Wednesday, May twenty ninth at seven thirty pm Pacific. Watch the match via the MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app and listen on ninety three point three KGr FM. The Provident Swedish pre mat show starts at seven pm Rosneck has it outside of the foot by Christian of old Arm trying to

knock you down. This near touch lines balls launched long cushion headed by Jackson Reagan flicked on by Red Baker. Whiting comestable with the Sounders look like it almost went out of play as nonchalom by Totland, goalscorer for Saint Louis. Whole Irvin gets a can the Sounder step in and win it? They do? Can they break and transition now? Jordan Morrison support clips it, tries to find Mussovsky cleaned up by Hebert Good headed by Kilaney. That was a

challenge. Yes, fowl by Nielsen middle of the park on Rothrock. That's goin to burn off some more valuable seconds for the Sounders. Get here in the final just over two minutes of this game, Sounders leading two goals to one at City Park Saint Louis. This score up the is presented by Provident Swedish don't leave us after the At the end of the game, Jackson felt Michelle Ludker will be back to break it all down. Seems that Corneie may join him as well. To see this has been a some of a smash

and grab in some ways. Even though the Sounders have controlled possession at times they have had their back to the ward these last twenty twenty five minutes, but when they've had to spring forward, they've done it and they have. Honestly, most of the game's been downhill traffic in terms of Saint Louis coming towards the Sounders, and the team has done very well, stood strong, defending well for the most part, and then been opportunistic. You know,

got fortune with the first goal. The second goal was very very well worked for the whole team. That attacking quartet did really really well to score. But Saint Louis will feel hard done by it. They've done enough to at least get a point, but away from home, if you can hold onto this here, it'll be a massive That's the result of the Sounders well. In their short MLS tenure, Saint Louis have never lost three games in a row. They've lost the last two games. The Sounders can notch another win

tonight. There'll be three wins out of three against Saint Louis when you consider the success thing it has had last year. He's a trailing alber We're just watching the replay for Asnielsen went up, his eyes were on the ball. Rothrop wht's his thumbs up in the air to the coaching staff and the medical staff. They have to come on, he has to go off the field. See if it has to be two minutes. It was a head injury. The sound is just kind of holding things up, chicks, and Reagan's

gonna clip it from center to this near sight the left. Totland clears his lines. The ball's gonna trickle just over the near touch line. As Rothrock does get reintroduced, he was a head head injury check so he doesn't have to stay off the field for two minutes. Get here in the just over a minute now, thirty seconds left of regular time. We'll see what else the referee has to add on. It can't be much. It wasn't me much the stoppish time, A bit of tension for Paul roth Rock. Maybe

another minute. Or gets launched along to the foot of Klaus, given away by Klaus to Vargas and roll down steps in well Jordan Morris right now it's the game winning gold. As Jordan Morris Or gets clipped down the lines that stay in nope. Referee and assistant referee calls it out. It was killed out and then back in Or goes back to Burke and the goal for Saint

Louis closed down by Massoti. He launches it long. Klaus is up there, good headed boy Jackson Reagan as Jordan Morris comes back, nudges Totland in the back and this might be a one more hopeful punt into the box, the Sounders having one more ball to the fen here just inside it own half go. People's coming forward, the crowd's getting involved. Here comes Berkie. They're gonna throw everything here, including a kitchen sink and a Sounders got down

wrong. Levin on the ball can deliver a really good ball. As we mentioned, it's about six yards topped in from the Saint Louis bench for the long way out. Is gonna launch it long towards that back stick, headed down and away by Massovsky. Top of the boxes, class off the posts. Sounders blood the second shot as well, as they're gonna come back and help. He is or glunched in clared by Yemar. Sounders breet breathe a big sigh of relief. As Berkie goes in, it almost finds Missosky almost

got it off Berkey's he clips it into the box. Sounds to stand strong that block another shot for a minute twenty past the five. What what goes down to the deck, ask him for a found nothing given by the referee. Clicked in by Saint Louis, headed down to Jackson, slices in block by Reed, Baker White and top of the box slice back in bo thought he's to roll the ball out and there's the referees whistle. Brilliant away win

for the Sounders. It was a goal off a deflection of a Christian roll down cross got the Sounders on the board and then it was Jordan Morris one on one with Burkie, had all the confidence. He just lays the ball in the back of the net to put the Sounders two goals up and it was hearts in mouth for the last five ten minutes. The Saint Louis got on the board and made it a real barn stormer, a finish steve. Your final thoughts that last twenty seconds, felt that twenty minutes that was something

else. I mean pressure and pressure, but sometimes only football you can you can feel the tie changing, the luck changing, and looking at the first ball that deflected in and then that I turn back klass in weeks past that hits the Polston, that goes in now it bounces out. So the Robert of Green definitely went the Sounds wait today, but also you create your own luck, and the team deserved it. Played very very well, defended well, massive win, big time win for the Sounders. That flight home is

gonna feel really, really really good. Well, thanks for everyone involved in today's broadcasts. Mitchell Bloy here in the booth, Keeley Dunning, Kevin Kay and of course the Sounders legend Steve Zach Kwaney. all you can do is laugh because of how fraid you are. And for the last ninety seconds of that Sounders two to one win, all we could do was laugh and say, oh my gosh, are we actually going to hold onto this? And yes we did. The Sounders held on to win two to one, a massive road win against Saint Louis City SC in Saint Louis. Now Sounders are three to zho to oh against Saint Louis, and this also makes three consecutive losses for Saint Louis for the first time in their

club history. Quite an incredible win tonight for your Sounders. A goal coming off of the foot slash other foot of a Saint Louis defender. We'll see if it's a Christian rhodangle or an own goal. That was the first in the sixty sixth minute, and then just a couple of minutes later in the sixty ninth Jordan Morris, nice as can be, goes one on one with the keeper Burkey slides it past him to make it to nothing. Saint Louis get one late, but can't get the second, and it's a two to

one win. Jackson felt Michelle Lukain. We are joined for the first segment here by Steve zach Luni. See that was a dramatic, dramatic, heart stopping win, but it is the three points and most importantly Sounders are currently holding a playoff spot. Yeah, no, it's huge. There's a big

swing of the season so far for many reasons. I think, you know this is this is kind of game early in the season, you find a way to drop points, especially that last little sequence, the last minute where it's the post, it's the block, is to save those things are going against us earlyer this season, and I think just you can kind of see the tie changing a little bit there. I think st Lewis paid really well. Give them credit. The home team plaid well. I think the fans

will really great today. But that's the Sounder's performance that you get away from home. It's where you dig deep. You dig deep. It's not pretty, but you get your effective And I think the first goal had an element of fortune about it. But that second goal was fantastic. It was Russnick, it was Rudiaz, it was Jordan. It was Christian all involved. Of course Jordan would have finished. And it's a game. It's a gold worth. You're winning any game, and that three points there is gonna make

for a very fun playing ride home. Massive win. I gotta agree with absolutely everything that Steve is saving. I mean, it was just so fortunate to see a complete game from start to finish and finally see some luck and some things go in the Sounders favor. I mean, you can only have so much skill. There always is that element of chance and that element of luck, and we've been at the short end of the stick all season long with that and finally it feels like it's changing. Also for me, it

was really huge that we saw Rusnak. You know, we've been looking for him all season. He had seven game winning goals in twenty twenty three. He hasn't even scored yet this year, but yet essentially he will only be credited with one assist, yes, but essentially it was me'l like this.

Jackson Hebert is the own goals on him, but that would not have happened had it not been from Rusnak, And so I think Brian Schmetzer will be very pleased for across the board for a lot of positives that they can take away from this matchup and see there are so many positives and see what we still have you for a couple of minutes here. You know, I think one of the interesting things in this game was the second half changes, because

in the first half things clearly offensively just were not working. And in the second half we saw Jordan more involved, We saw Cody Baker way up on that left wing, we saw as Michelle accurately points out, Rusnack more involved. Whatever tactical changes Brian Schmetzer and his staff for he Wars, etc. Made those changes for the second half worked. Yeah. I think a couple of things we saw. One was more interchanging. So at times you see

Roal Snack on the left, Jordan on the right, Christian central. When the Sounders are moving and interchanging, it makes it very hard for defense to pick them up. That's one and two. Just play quicker. Look at a goal. It was all one touch play up into Christian to Rudiez at one touch layoff and then Albert took a touch, took a touch, but Jordan's run came ahead of the past. And sometimes you got to make up the past his mind for them, and Jordan took off really well. The

timing was perfect. So I think that goal was a glimpse of what that quartet can do, and we haven't seen it much this season. We saw in that moment there, So I think as much as yeh, tactically a few changes, I think it was just playing a bit fun stuff, more one touch playing and then being more dynam making your position interchanging Steve. I'm curious too as a former player, because obviously the tactical changes are necessary.

But Brian Schmitzer stressed going into this game reminding the team this was a game they could win, and this was a game that had a lot riding on it that if they won, they would be moving up in the standings and then going back even a step further. That Schmitzer has been really instilling in them to take it one half at a time, win each half. How much do you think the conversation, the mental fortitude and kind of that that

maybe motivation that came from Schmidz that half played into the changes. No, I think you hit on the head. I think the Sounds didn't play a great first half, but they went in nil nil and took a punt from Saint Louis, but not enough to make you think you can't win. And I think Schez would have sided boys down calmed and I said, guys, look, this game is there for the taken. And I think that sort of put a quiet confidence into the group. I think Rudiaz got more involved,

JP got more involved. We have those two guys. Therefore, Christian again was fantastic. That's four good games in a row now from Christian, he's been very good. And I think to your point, Schmes would have told him that this is not game winn't tight. We can actually win this game and it was never gonna be pretty. Was about taking your chances when you got them and should have had a thud. Really Muscly got in there, should have really got Fred. But we'll take the two one. I

just think it. Yeah, that's the third Chancellor from his oscar where he's one on one in the eighty sixth minute to Mississip. That would have made that probably taken. I wouldn't say a whole year, but like three months back onto my life, Dan, you know, like the little extra heart palpitations you gave me there, Come on, Danny can you please next time. Thanks. Well, hey, and we didn't even touch on this yet. The Sounders handed Saint Louis their sixth home loss in a year and a

half, and now they're responsible for two of those sixes home losses. That's amazing. Yeah, if I was Saint Louis City, I see, I simply would stop losing to the Seattle Stary. Yes, I would hate us. I don't know why it's so complicated, but they just can't stop losing us. And they lose again today two to one. Your Sounders have one. And with the Sounders win today, you all get to win tomorrow. Co Toys a Better way Big Now back to Seattle Sounders Sucker on Sports Radio ninety three point three kjr FL. We're getting a little bit more used to these taking care of business on the postgame shows. The Sounders take care of business tonight in Saint Louis, a two to one road win. The three points jumps over Saint Louis and gives the Sounders right now a playoff spot, holding the ninth spot they are in. Now we just get to watch

them, see them jump up the Ladder. It's time for our Emerald Green Casino Play of the Match. It's an obvious one Jordan Morris one on one and slides it into the back of the nets, falling behind it. Jordan Morris, He's got a chance one before it takes a chance. Then in the back of the let it goes quick fire. Why the Sounders a one two punch and it's Jordan Morris who goes in on goal and calmly places it past Burkie into the back of the net. Saint Louis Neil sound too well

times Mitchell. The Play of the match is presented by Emerald Quing Casino, the betting capital of the Northwest. Well done from Jordan Morris. We saw him get more involved in the second half and he scores there, which ends up being the winning goal. Sounders two to one over Saint Louis Here tonight at City Park. Well, it's time to figure out who are tonight's Toyota Man of the Matches Jackson Feltz, Michelle Ludke Here and Michelle This is an

interesting debate. I just saw that Jordan Morris social media is the club's man of the match. I'd like to have a discussion about this. Yes, he gets the game winning goal, but this was a match that I think, especially in the second half, saw a lot of players just kind of It's what Steve said, I think right before half. It's just they needed that little extra bit in the second half, and they got it from a lot of different guys. I know Steve did a really beautiful job last segment

of breaking down. Just so many guys that stepped up and did so many positive things, from Albert Rushdakt, Christian rolls On, I mean, defensively, it was just a great performance by the back four. But I and Jordan Morris. Of course, the game winning goal is third goal of the season, but I almost wish, and I know we can't, but this is for a good debate here. I wish we could give it to the entire team because the last forty five minutes of play, this group played like

a team. Ninety seconds. Yes, yes, but I mean it was a beautiful things to see as a group that has had to overcome so much adversity this year with so many injuries and have kind of been disconnected at times because you know, there's been different people stepping in here and there. I think they they moved beautifully, they worked together, and they were playing for the crest. They were playing for each other and in a such an unselfish

way that it was just really fun as a fantasy. I want to tactically take it back to what you were saying the last segment about Rusnak, because ultimately I think that they will rule Christian's goal as an old goal that makes the most sense. Right now, all right, yes, that makes sense. So in the world, there is a universe where it's not and they somehow give it to Christian, and in that universe and the multiverse, that goal is getting an assist from Rusnak. So that's one. And then he

obviously that great threw ball to Jordan Morris for the second goal. And I think one of the things I think you mentioned when it was this was two nothing, and even when this was zero zero. You know, this game, especially in that first half where you know there was ten minute stretches, multiple ten minute stretches where Saint Louis was all over Seattle. Yeah, and

we just needed to calm down the game. And I think the player that calms down the game the most, whether the Sounders are leading or whether it's zero zero like it was in the first half. Is Albert Rusnak. He would pick up a ball in midfield and then just calm the whole thing down and you know, go back towards his own goal, uses defenders, spread it out, create space and say, guys, we're taking two minutes off the clock. We're just taking a breath here, and we're working ourselves back

into this game. They did that multiple times. Then he gets what really should be two assists effectively and ultimately continues to do that in the remaining thirty minutes of the game where you had to keep this game calm for me, it's Albert Rusnak, And I think you very eloquently pointed out more reasons why in that previous segment. Oh well, thank you. I appreciate the compliment

there, but I agree with you on Albert. I mean, and Brian Schmitzer has been challenging him all season long that in the absence of Nicholas Ladero, there's the opportunity for him to take control and make this his team,

and he's really been wanting to see him and just see him. There's been so many matches this season where Albert has disappeared a little bit from time to time, and we were saying, you know, at the halftime, yes, there was really good possession by the Sounders in the first forty five minutes play, but there was no execution. There was nothing in the final third. And so what is possession without execution at the end of the day.

Yep. But the fact that they were able to then take that possession and turn it into execution and both of those goals would not have happened without Albert rusnak So again, like I pointed out, he has not scored himself this year. But it's not about getting yourself on the scoreesheet always. It's about helping the team win, and he definitely did that tonight. Got a fantastic job. Tonight your local tote dealer, Toyota Dealers are proud to present tonight's

Man of the match. It is Albert rusnak Well. Sounders FC Soccer is presented by Providence, Swedish official healthcare partner of Sounders FC. Now back to Seattle Sounders Sucker on Sports Radio ninety three point three KJRFM.

Sounders win. Sounders win two to one in Saint Louis' goals are an own goal off the foot of Christian rolled On as well as Jordan Morris on a one on one Saint Louis get one back, but Seattle standstrong defensively, the post helps them and it's a two to one win in Saint Louis. So in the last eight games across all competitions, Seattle is now five two and one or five to one and two, I should say five wins, one loss, and that one loss, by the way to RSL on the road

was a game the heavily, heavily rotated and two draws. So the Sounders I got this. I got this message Michelle during UH during the game where Buddy sent me are we back? And I kind of say, are back, you know, the Sounders right now at you know, before the game had ended, had one loss in the last seven now one loss in the last day. We've been back. This team has turned the corner from the

start of the season. We're seeing that continue tonight. And I would just you know, and I tweeted that out as well, and people are just like, well, that's an interesting way to look at the team. And you know, if you just look at this and look at that, look at this, I'm kind of like, can you just be happy? We won two to one. We were able to stand stro we were to hold

it down and come away with a huge road win. Can we just enjoy it and stop complaining about how we won and just be happy that we won well. And another thing too, to your point, is like, yes, Okay, this has not been the start of the season that we would have hoped for. It was a really rough first third of the season. But when we look back at the last fifteen MLS games that the Sounders have

played, nine of those have been on the road. That is a hard thing to do, especially when you look at how many injuries that the team has had and how they've been rotating players. And we were talking just in the break of just how much smoother I would say this gets for the Sounders. Like, to your point, yes, things have turned, We've got the luck on our side, the records looking good, the crazy month of

May with eight matches is almost over. But then one of my favorite things too, is when we look forward ahead of ourselves through the summer, before we hit the final stretch coming through coming in in September and October. We have thirteen MLS matches from now until September, only five of those around the road. Well, I mean, the Sounders have been so good on the road. We now got to have good home for them. Let's make a

fortress. It'll be easier on their bodies, easier on the players trying to come back from injury, because if you don't have to travel, that's one less thing, that's one less thing you don't have under your control. And really it's this season I think could be a time where the Sounders go back to their old winning ways at home. They got they got to fix the home record for sure. They got us, you know, start scoring goals at home. What is it like, was it seven and six games or

something like that. I forget the exact number, but I mean in five of those came in one game. So we got to fix the home form. And if that can come, then obviously all bets are Often we're talking about the Sounders soaring, not only scoring but soaring. You mentioned getting guys back healthy too, and then Pedro del Lavega wasn't even on a substitute today.

Hopefully Pedro can get, you know, fully healthy soon. I know Brian Schenzer is gonna speak at his postgame press conference more and today was obviously a planned rotation thing, you know, and not making the trip to Saint Louis. So we'll listen into de Brian Schmitzer's postgame press conference and get more on that. But for your Sounders, you know, I think you're absolutely

right and looking at this next stretch before we get there. By the way, Delta Airlines is proud to donate one soccer ball for every mile ran by Sounders FC players this season through Ray Foundation's one Mile, one Ball program. So looking ahead at what's next for Seattle. Previously we had a match a week from tonight in Columbus. The Columbus one week from tonight is going to

be playing in the CONCACAF Champions Cup Final down in Mexico. Thus our matchkins Columbus had to get moved all the way to September seventh, so there is no match next weekend. However, the Sounders will be posting real Salt Lake coming up this Wednesday, on May twenty ninth, we'll have a Providence Swedish pre match show of seven o'clock kick off at seven point thirty, and that'll be on right here Sports Radio ninety three point three kjr FM seven o'clock Providence

Swedish pre match show. You know, also watch the match y MLSC and pass on the Apple TV app and get your tickets today there at Luminfield by

visiting SOUNDERSFC dot com, slash tickets and Michelle. Now that there isn't a I mean it's the first week in like four or five weeks we don't have two matches in one week because we don't have a match Saturday, then Brian Schmetzer can say, all right, we're going for it at home against Arras, so we can roll out JP and Albert and everybody else Raoul and really go for the three points at home, which could slide Seattle all the way

up to I believe seventh in the West. So it's it's right now, this sets up really well coming up on Wednesday well and knowing that things do taper off after that and they will have a little bit of a break after that with less matches happening and not a match on that weekend because of the match getting moved. Brian Schmitzer is gonna want his team to come out guns

blaring. They will want that win because there is nothing worse than going into an off weekend without three points because you don't want to sit in that and

the direction in the tree jectory that this team is going. This could be a huge turning point for this team this year if they keep the momentum going, get that win on Wednesday against RSL, a team historically they've done really well, really well against at home, and then ride it out rest those bodies, come back in June, which how are we already in June almost and just really kick it into gear for that long stretch to get to the postseason. Well, here we go. It'll be RSL Wednesday, right here,

ninety three point three KJRFM seven o'clock Providence, Swedish premuch show. We'll see out at Luminfield for RSL. Well, the Sounders will try to make it only one loss in their last nine. Today they made it one loss in their last eight five two and one across all comps with a two to one win at Saint Louis City. Make sure you check out the podcast in case he is any of our finally, I mean not even finally, but just you know, extremely fun postgame show here tonight with Steve Zach Jani,

Michelle Ludkin, myself, Jackson Feltz. Thank you to them, Thank you to Danny Jackson, Keeley Dunning. Our broadcast producer Mitchell Bli, our board operator, thank you all for listening. Once again, Sounders flying home happy from Saint Louis with a two to one road win. We'll talk to you on Wednesday, and for right now, Fox Sports Radio is coming up next.
