This was the first podcast of 2021 and it was focused solely on giving you a guideline and criteria to be able to use objectively judge if a treatment method is worth a damn.

I get lots of questions about my take on a particular treatment method and have answered a few specific one’s on past episodes, but in this show, I wanted to equip you with the tools to judge for yourself if what you are doing actually works or if you should spend your time/money on a new treatment method.

I also manage to help shed some light on the built-in biases we ALL have from time to time with thinking are treatment methods are effective. I hope you enjoy the show!
