Learning the 5 core functions on business was a complete game-changer for so many aspects of my business, my practice and just overall life. The messed up thing is that in school as doctors we are taught basically jack-shit about running a business and continue to get the idea of "if you build it they will come." On the other side all of these technique and treatment systems are just telling the same lies that you just need to keep coming and paying more money and you will be successful. That just isn't the case and you need to take control of your practice and business and OWN the 5 core functions.
