Episode 57: What I learned from Hugging 5 Random Strangers🤗🤗🤗

I am doing some personal coaching myself to help me get out of my own limiting beliefs, changing my mindset and trying to crush my comfort. The first challenge of this week was to ask and get hugs from 5 random strangers....

I was dreading this, but I got it done and a lot quicker than I expected...

I also got some great lessons and insights as well!
