Episode 12: The Practice Automation Pipe Dream

I don't know about anyone else out there but it seems everyday I must get about 10 ads a day from these Chiropractic marketers and "gurus." They continue to pitch the idea of automation and the "set it and forget it" and your practice will magically run by itself and make you never-ending money. I call this the "entrepreneurs wet dream."  Sure, automation can happen for retail and other things, but it can't happen in a service space in way shape or form. You still have to be present and deliver the product and a majority of these liars out there are selling absolute bullshit to people. Yes, you can put systems and processes in place to help things run more efficiently and smooth, but if you think you are going to automate any of the 5 core functions of your business you are completely delusional. I personally believe that all these people out there positioning the "automation" aspects of everything are going to lose in the long term. People are getting sick of the automation and want to have a real and genuine connection with people and feel turned off when they know it isn't a real interaction.
