When a client doesn't get optimal results and out of pain in an unrealistic time frame it can often lead to the practitioner spending too much time blaming themselves. They then default to the idea that they just need to get more training/certifications in treatment to help deliver better results.
The worst part is all those so called-gurus and self-proclaimed "experts" selling treatment systems and training want you to think that exact way as well. The industry is loaded down with a bullshit concept of, "if you build they will come." Here's the bottom line the people selling treatment systems make money when you keep coming back for more training and liter your mind with the false concept that it's just because you need to get better at treatment.
Let's be honest here, I am sure your treatment methods are pretty good, all you need is a little fine-tuning in the evaluation side and delivering it in a functional-based way for long-lasting results, which we do train in our system The Peak Method. The real problem isn't bad treatment, it's bad communication with your client, which leads to them thinking they got bad results or treatment didn't work.
Communication is the key to success in your treatments, your business, and keeping clients happy. It is something you need to practice and refine each day and is just as important as the treatment, if not more important.
