Episode 10: Leadership: The good, the bad, and the ugly

When faced with adversity, how can you as a leader instill self-confidence within your subordinates/employees? I use this episode to talk about my experiences as a small unit leader and what I wish I would have learned, knew, and realized while trying to shape a successful future for those under my charge.
