If you’re an adult, you probably heard of H. pylori at some point in your life.

H. pylori is a bacteria that is common in a lot of people. It is the main cause of peptic ulcers, and as many as 50% of adults have this bacteria in their stomachs, at some point in their lives. H. pylori is probably one of the most common imbalances that we see in our clients and while it can be protective to your health, if it gets out of balance, it can become a really big issue and have a significant impact on your health and your sleep.
