27. Commitment

What does commitment look like and why does it even matter? Katie and Leanne discuss the importance of making commitments, honoring them, and why you are worthy of the benefits of following through on them. There are also different layers of commitment that are important to understand; starting with ourselves, then expanding to the impact on our families and communities.
