No Means "NO"

In this episode, J and I chat about the burden women have when it comes to gender based violence. From a young age, girls are taught that if men or boys are looking at them sexually, it's because of something "wrong" that they are doing. Why is this a women's problem when clearly it is a "men not taking no for an answer" problem?
