Should we be bothered about: unsolicited opinions?

People sometimes feel the need to tell us things that they think about us and honestly, you can try as much as possible to avoid it but people will always have UNSOLICITED OPINIONS about you and a number of them will even have the audacity to approach you. So on this episode, I basically talked about how to identify unsolicited opinions, some of the reasons I think people have unsolicited opinions and the implications of such opinions. It was really fun recording this episode after like a million tries 😂😭.
