Goals My 3 part plan for setting goals 1. What have you done already? Did you hit your goals from last year? Why/Why not? Also, take some time to celebrate your wins and try not to be so hard on yourself for goals you didn't hit. 2. What do you want to do...and WHY? Why is it important to add this as a goal? What do you want to get out of it? 3. What are you going to DO to hit that go? Be as specific as possible Lather. Rinse. Repeat!
