Alastair Pearce and I's history goes all the way back to when I was in university and he was my principal. Over his many years in the arts education industry, having been the head of various programs and institutions, Alastair noticed there were common issues in management when it came to working with creative people or working with the creative faculties within individuals. After leaving the educational industry he has since opened his own consultancy and works with companies from various industries on how to better creative harmonious working dynamics but understanding everyone's unique creative archetypes. Once understanding them and understanding which types you personify and others personify, you can then achieve better work culture and dynamics towards a more successful company.
