Today I discuss why I love resets. Resets can look different for everyone, whether your goal is better sleep, to lose weight, increase energy.....the list goes on. I offer some tips & tricks that work for me when I "reset", as well as some ideas on things to consider when planning a reset.

- checking in with your mind, body and energy levels relatively frequently

- evaluating your habits and routines and what is/isn't working for you

- the importance of planning & prepping and setting yourself up for success

- assessing the 5 Pillars for Optimal Health; - nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep and environment
