In part two today, I touch on Movement and it's absolute importance. Movement gives us: 

- healthy joints, strong bones, good circulation, physical strength 

- better sleep 

- aids in mental health by releasing endorphins 

Also some tips; 

- listen to your body  

- ladies, move according to your cycle if it feels good 

-schedule movement and hold yourself accountable!
