Today I discuss Capacity and propose to you some questions around this; 

- what is your capacity? 

- are you full OR fulfilled? 

- do you have something in your life you are passionate about? 

- is your heart calling you to do something else, but you don't feel like you have the space or time? 

We are all multi-faceted and have space for things we love and believe in. Be passionate. Recognize your capacity and ability to do what you want to do.
