In this episode, we are joined by Nancy Bos and her journey with Menopause. By 2040 there will be approximately 1 BILLION people in menopause on the planet- and yet it can be even more difficult to talk about than periods.

Each day there are an estimated 800 million folks experiencing menstruation- so it should be something we can talk about openly and freely.   Aljolynn conceptualized this campaign as a way to donate to WaterAid (check out the campaign -http://shedtheshame.co ) and this podcast is a way to further amplify the message.
