Overcoming Negative Talk with Amy Fagan

I am in my ‘Season of Discovery’ and I am exploring new ways to fulfill my life. I live with my husband, rescue dog, 2 cats and chickens and enjoy gardening, animals, cooking and eating.

Not only that, but I have 2 businesses that I am building; Amy’s Garden Jam opened in May 2020, and Grounded in Maine Podcast first aired in June 2022 and is about sustainability. Both are solo ventures. I pick most of the berries and make all the jam, labels and ship or deliver, and I do the marketing, recording, editing and publishing of the podcast. I have extremely generous mentors who are teaching me so many things.
