71. Teaching Our Kids & Teens to Be Good Conversationalists

Recently I was asked to speak to a high school leadership class and decided to speak on the topic of how to be a good conversationalist. This sent me into a deep dive learning about the topic, which I found to be fascinating. Most young people are not intentionally taught how to converse with other people. On today's episode, I offer 9 tips to be a better conversationalist. I'm certainly not the expert, but the more I learn about it, the more I want to know and the better I want to be. Further, I want to make it a mission to help young people get better at this important skill.
