From the reduction of rates to the many different schemes and offerings to allow easier access to money and into the real estate market. I believe this coming year of 2025 will show us much more activity that we have seen in recent rears past.
With the Real Estate industry providing for 20% ($450 billion) of the countries GDP, they simply have to bring the market back. The steps that have been taken at the federal level have been consistent and I do believe will continue.
So buy now or just continue to watch things sail forward...
