This week we dive into the city council passing amendments to previously protected areas and swaths of land covered in historically significant properties (commercial & residential) in order to make way for more blanket density dictated from the province... This is a very reactive approach to the current "problem at hand" and has the means to destroy the fabric of many neighbourhoods around the city...
