Health System Growth Opportunities in the LGBTQ+ Community

In honor of Pride Month, this week Sg2 Perspectives focuses on the opportunity for health systems to build primary care services for the LGBTQ+ community. Joining us is Sg2 Senior Director Justin Cassidy, PhD, who leads our Medicine service line, as well as our Community Health practice. Justin discusses the strategy behind focusing on care for the LGBTQ+ community, the challenges around segmenting this population, and provides examples of health systems—and others—with programs that are excelling in this space.
