2023 AMC Summit Debrief

Sg2 hosts an annual AMC Summit for our academic medical center members to share successes, collaborate and inspire each other.  In this episode host Jayme Zage debriefs on the 20th AMC Summit, co-hosted by the University of Michigan, with National Vice President Mike Humphrey, Principal Erika Johnson, and Senior Director Justin Cassidy, PhD.    The key theme this year was the unique politics of balancing margin and mission for a modern AMC.
