The football: The team asks a question of the Premier League, and it's simple. "What are you doing?" Amidst relative clarity elsewhere, the Premier League seems to be awash with indecision regarding a possible restart post-pandemic, and while the constitutional makeup of the league makes its position harder than most, why does there appear to be such an inability to forge a path forward?
