Today I am sitting down with the amazing Luisa Iongi! This episode is able to show how spiritual self love is. Self love is knowing who we are and where we come from. When we TRULY love ourselves we want to live up to that knowledge and when we truly love ourselves we want others to feel that too so we are able to go outward and serve.
I misquoted the one and only Alison Faulkner in this video who says, “ Self love is the greatest form of service that we can put into this world because when we love ourselves we actually think about ourselves less.”
