Trigger warning for this episode as it talks of her experiences of sexual abuse as a child and a woman.  I admire and appreciate Bekah's bravery in sharing her story on continuing to rise up after being sexually abused throughout her life.  Everyone's journey to healing is different, Bekah's ways of healing will be different from yours but we hope that this episode and her sharing will at least help give someone that push to get help and address their trauma.   There is hope and better times ahead, get help, you cannot do this alone!
