Being in integruty has to be your FIRST priority, everything else will follow - but that's not easy in today's world that wants tell you that you have to do x,y,z, FIRST before you can - feel good, feel relief, feel grounded - but reality is just the opposite:
First go about getting in to those feelings and life HAS TO follow!!
