Six Month Check In

t’s JUNE! Which means we are halfway through the year. I know that this time of year can trigger some real feelings of inadequacy and disappointment and a general sense of WTF AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE??? Lol it’s all perfectly normal so, I decided to do a solo episode today to talk about how I cope with this Mid-Year Meltdown and just some general encouragement to hopefully guide you along. You are not alone friends and I promise you, this journey you are on will all make sense, somehow, suddenly.
