Closing of season 1

this episode encompasses all of season 1. i had lots of flashbacks and emotions were running high for me as i explained anchors of a man. i have been on one heck of a journey of personal growth and development and it is always good for me to feel the emotions of how i was and who i am now. growth is what matters. decay is where we will end up at the end of our lives. why not grow above ground rather than decay as we live??
