In this episode we have a discussion on connection and how we both believe vulnerability creates and facilitates deeper connections amongst people.
To be vulnerable, we have to share things that we may feel uncomfortable sharing. We may feel scared of being rejected or of being seen as weak.
From our experiences, however, we’ve noticed that when we step into vulnerability to gives those around us the go-ahead to be vulnerable as well.
As humans we crave these deeper levels of emotional connect with others.
