Mental health is a term we are hearing about more and more in recent years. Many people are embracing the mind + body + soul connection and how important our mental health truly is. We all experience challenges, it’s a part of the human experience, so when do we know when life coaching or therapy is right for us?

In today’s episode, we are joined by a special guest, Rob Matula, a clinical counselor from Canada. We dive deep on answering the question of knowing when to get a life coach or when to seek therapy.
