Numbers don't lie but emotions do

Have you put too much stock into how you're feeling about a result or even how you're feeling on a particular day? Our emotions can affect our decisions too much because we can grasp on to a tiny negative detail that influences our next step, instead of looking at the entire picture from an objective perspective. How do we do that? By tracking our numbers, we can paint a truer picture of how well things are working and what we need to fix or do more of.
