We hear so many people say, "Live like there's no tomorrow!" or "Live like today is your last day!" Can we really live like that? Should we? Let's ponder that together today.
I had a great time talking to William Sprouse on the Podcast. William, aka "Iron Will", is a regular at most of the 100 mile races in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He's an interesting guy with an interesting story. He owns and flies a plane, owns restaurants, and does all kinds of stuff! All the way from the UK - Rhys Jenkins! Rhys completed Badwater last year and is doing it again this year! He's also completed a 2,000 mile journey from Boston to Austin, a double crossing of Death Valley, The UK Canal Slam, and numerous other long distance feats! He's also owner and race director for Pegasus Ultra Running Company in the UK.
Christine, Jeremy, and I discuss our 2020 plans to complete the Triple Crown of 200 mile races. Hear 3 scared friends discuss our gear, training, and overall lack of preparedness for the races! :) It's still early though.
