Today was another example of exactly why you need Coaches! Stepping way out of my comfort zone today to strip down to my trunks and work on my "posing" with one of the world's best posing Coaches, Craig Lucas. Rather than waste time trying to work this out myself, I found one of the leaders in the industry to dramatically improve my posing within 1 hour. All working towards my own personal body transformation by 19 November 2020.
