As we are getting closer to Winter and our "normal" cold and flu season about to heat up, today I got the call from my GP that it was time for my flu shot. Whether you've had a flu shot before or completely against immunisation, I recommend you listen to my thoughts and you can make your own assessment. Suffering from some bouts of extreme tiredness, I reverse engineer the cause.
