Research has shown that we tend to eat the same 20 foods for our entire life. If we widen the varitey of healthy foods we eat, we give our bodies an opportunity to take up nutrients differently and keep our metabolism fired up by digesting different meals. Now that you most likely have more times on your hands, why not spend some time experimenting with some different colours, flavours and textures to broaden your palette.
