Day 557 - Pockets of Opportunity

With Christmas only 2 days away I know how crazy people's schedules are getting, or about to become.  These can be such beautiful times of the year to reflect, plan, grow and spend time with loved ones sharing the experience of the festive season.  They can be also quite stressful, anxious and emotional times for many as well.  My challenge to you this holiday season is to make sure you look after your mindset and look for "pockets of opportunity" to take 10 to 15 mins out for yourself  - reading a book to grow you, doing a little exercise.  As busy as you are, you will thank me when you make the time to give back to yourself.
