As your Weight Loss Coach and Health Strategist, I would say the biggest reason that people give me as to why they "can't" lose the weight is because of time.  "I don't have time to exercise."  "I don't have time to cook."  "I don't have time in the morning to exercise as I need at least 7 hours sleep." "I don't have time to exercise after work because I'm too tired."  "I don't have time to exercise at lunch because I don't take a lunch break."  I don't have time on the weekend to exercise because I'm just too busy."  Sound familiar?

Today is going to be a lot of fun because today we find that time you don't feel you have and you give it back to yourself to focus on what's important in your weight loss journey, body transformation and optimising your health.
