Day 530 - Growth is in the pain

Being here in Los Angeles listening to some of the most successful people in the world, one thing is clear - success is possible for everyone and failure will come to all of us that are striving for something great.  If you're not failing, then you're not trying hard enough.  What's amazing about failure though is the opportunities that arise from it.  Pain.  Within that pain comes growth - if you choose to find the good in it.  You've got to keep pushing yourself until you get what you want.  Whatever it takes!
