After being hospitalised for the past 6 days with a serious e-coli infection mysteriously developed post hernia surgery, I’m back home & reflecting on the challenges of this past week. Focus on your health constantly and never take it for granted. I’m only out of hospital after 6 days because I’m as fit, strong and healthy as I am. It’s never too late to start.
