I was thirty-nine. I had worked my way up the corporate finance ladder in Silicon Valley. Even though I was enjoying my success in the corporate world as an executive, for some reason, I started getting sick. Physically exhausted and sleep deprived, I began suffering from sinus infections along with my anxiety and depression. That's where my search for healing started.
