Yannick Benjamin is a 25-year veteran of the industry, having working in some of the most illustrious dining rooms in Manhattan. And guess what, more than half that time was spent doing it in a wheelchair. He's recently opened his own restaurant, Contento, in New York's East Harlem neighborhood.
